The young lady that made my salad was efficient, courteous, and well mannered. The facility was clean and tidy (that’s important to me) and the food looked fresh. Will return again. Great experience.

Large portions for a decently cheap, standard salad and grain bowl chain. Don't expect anything life changing, but it's a solid meal for what you would expect. 4 stars on food, but 5 for the kind service. Their dressings and rolls are very good, and the man working was extremely kind. He noticed I hadn't added lettuce to my grain bowl when ordering online (I missed the option) and asked if I wanted any greens and what kind I wanted once we got there. I would come back for the large servings and great customer service.

They are stingy with the salad & toppings! This is the only salad works I've been to that gives such a small amount. All of the ones on Street road are the BEST! Don't eat at this one!

Terrible. If they give you an extra spoon of dressing, they charge you for a complete side without even telling you when you ask for it. You don't find out until you are at the register when it is too late to take it off. You should be told when you request it.

Just charged me at the register. What a rip-off. Hope they close down for theior terrible service.Not even sure how they stay in business!

Tried the salads couple of times here! No complaints so far. Liked it both the times. Quick service, neat seating area, ample space for the parking.
Never had a problem with this location until now. Tonight I ordered a salad & thankfully didn’t eat any of it before I saw a long hair sticking out. Quality control & hygiene needs to be better. I’m disgusted. Hopefully DoorDash refunds my money.

Great service, they provided a friendly and efficient experience. Big variety of fresh ingredients, create your own bowl was fantastic. Got a warm grain bowl with kale and spinach, spicy chickpeas, Buffalo chicken, butternut squash, feta cheese, and edamame with chipotle Mayo.
