My husband and I stopped at this Starbucks Wed, 10/30/24 in the mid-morning and had coffee and he had a wrap and I had oatmeal. Heather waited on us and was not only helpful and kind, but also very friendly. Even though the store was busy, Heather wasn't rushing us nor did she appear to be annoyed. We had coffee refills, and again Heather was very kind and personable. The only thing that we didn't care for was the volume on the music. But we wanted to specifically give credit to Heather!

Stopped in to get drinks, which usually take about 10 mins. They weren't busy at the time I stopped in, we were in a rush so told the baristas they could forget the order. We stopped back after our lunch to get drinks and when we came in they remembered us and made our drinks. Overall clean space, nice people, however a little slower than usual wait.

I usually do not write bad review, especially to stores that I always go to however, they got new management and new employees . my last encounter with this store was very bad I was treated poorly , no one should be spoken to the way they spoke to me that day.it was very unpleasant and uncomfortable
I have been going to Starbucks for almost 5 years every day getting the same drink, but every time that they have new employees they always messed up my drink, if Starbucks allow customization employees should follow it all I'm asking is light ice but They will fill the cup with ice and try to justify.
My suggestion will be that employees and managers treat everyone equally regardless of where they come from or how they look like.

I went to this location and ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. I asked for no whip cream be added. When I got to the drive through window to pay for my purchase, the only thing that as not added was the Carmel drizzle.
I asked the guy at the window was the Carmel drizzle added to my drizzle and quickly said yes. It was very clear that the Carmel drizzle was not added as he said it was. I did not even taste the Carmel drizzle either.
I recommend that the staff just ensure that they are giving the customer what they want and pay for moving forward.

Service too slow. Mobile order said it would be 9-12 mins. Turned out >25mins. What is then the point of order ahead?!
Walked in to an empty store with no customers and five employees right in front of me. It was not busy at all but no one acknowledged or came to take an order while I continued to wait in front of the register. A number of employees looked at me, ignored me, and continued on as if no one was there. Then, because eye contact was made between an employee, they said they’d be right with me but that did not happen. After many minutes, another employee said the same thing to me with no follow up. I was left with no assistance despite seeing five people right in front of me. Why are customers being ignored when the store had no other people waiting? This location needs to train their employees better. Will not be back.
