I had a horrible experience the other day through the drive thru. First of all I ordered a strawberry matcha frappaccino the girl gives me a regular one. Tells me to pull up to wait for the correct one. She comes gives it to me. Doesn’t even have a straw! It’s a Frappuccino!!! I asked do you happen to have a straw she says no but you can walk in and get one! First you get my order wrong then you don’t even give me something to drink it with and you refuse to get me one? No never going back again even though it’s very convenient. But whatever there’s lots of them

Drinks are not always consistent here which is frustrating. What’s more frustrating is the attitude from the rude lady taking your order in the drive-through. stop having ignorant people interact with customers. I’m already paying seven dollars for a coffee. I don’t need your drive-through lady’s attitude too.

Literally came in here to enjoy a latte and get some work done while my son had band practice and a group of about 8 idiots all carrying luggage came in and took up the entire space with their loud, obnoxious behavior. Had to leave.

I just got a honey citrus mint tea and it was super hot like steeping. I burnt myself because the person didn’t put it on correctly. It also wasn’t given a stopper from the person giving it out at drive thru. So much went wrong and I’m not the type to complain but the guy at drive thru also wasn’t too nice and customer friendly.

Thank goodness, Starbucks removed the granulated/powdered sugar from their matcha tea powder so you can now get your matcha unsweetened. I couldn't have it before as I am a diabetic. (Just make sure to remove the simple syrup from your order if you want it unsweetened.)

This Starbucks location is everything you want—consistent, clean, and efficient. No matter what time of day we come, the drinks are always made just right. The staff is friendly and keeps things moving quickly. It’s comforting to know you’ll get the same quality every visit. Great spot to grab your go-to order or try something new. One of the best-run Starbucks we’ve been to.

Consistent, quality drinks, they’re not different tasting everytime you go, and they’re not stingy on the cold foam like a lot of places are! Especially for $1.25, love their brown sugar shaken espresso!

My husband and I stopped at this Starbucks Wed, 10/30/24 in the mid-morning and had coffee and he had a wrap and I had oatmeal. Heather waited on us and was not only helpful and kind, but also very friendly. Even though the store was busy, Heather wasn't rushing us nor did she appear to be annoyed. We had coffee refills, and again Heather was very kind and personable. The only thing that we didn't care for was the volume on the music. But we wanted to specifically give credit to Heather!
