When they are slow you get your order correctly. When they are busy they will get your order wrong 9 out of 10 times. Have patience when ordering here. Otherwise store always looks clean and staff has always been very kind and accommodating.

I want to give the biggest thank you to the amazing staff working the window on Saturday, November 8th! I had asked for a pup cup and was kindly told I needed to purchase something — no problem at all, I completely understand it’s a business. When I got to the window, they surprised me by giving me my drink on them for being nice about it. 🥹

Literally came in here to enjoy a latte and get some work done while my son had band practice and a group of about 8 idiots all carrying luggage came in and took up the entire space with their loud, obnoxious behavior. Had to leave.
