My husband and I stopped at this Starbucks Wed, 10/30/24 in the mid-morning and had coffee and he had a wrap and I had oatmeal. Heather waited on us and was not only helpful and kind, but also very friendly. Even though the store was busy, Heather wasn't rushing us nor did she appear to be annoyed. Stopped in to get drinks, which usually take about 10 mins. They weren't busy at the time I stopped in, we were in a rush so told the baristas they could forget the order. We stopped back after our lunch to get drinks and when we came in they remembered us and made our drinks. Overall clean space, nice people, however a little slower than usual wait.
I usually do not write bad review, especially to stores that I always go to however, they got new management and new employees . my last encounter with this store was very bad I was treated poorly , no one should be spoken to the way they spoke to me that day.it was very unpleasant and uncomfortable
