I just went there this morning and I was definitely a bit put off by the fact that they try to hide their prices and there were no prices either online or anywhere in the store. They tried to justify this by saying that they wanted to be able to raise their prices whenever they felt like it without printing new menus. I think it was more just because they are pretty expensive as it was over $9 for an egg with bacon and cheese on a "bagel" and a tiny coffee.
Much worse than those shenanigans though was the quality of the bread. They call what I ordered a bagel but it was just a dense flat lump of bread, I doubt it was even boiled first. It was by far the worst "bagel" I've ever had in my life. Even Dunkin is better and those really don't qualify as a bagel either.
I wouldn't eat there again for free.

Bagel was mid. I’m comparing this bagel to my local place and i’m not loving it. bagels didn’t taste fresh and had a strange artificial taste. coffee was cold.

I usually get a plain everything bagel and it’s probably the best thing i’ve ever eaten! It’s amazing with no spread so I can only imagine the possibilities!!

Best egg/turkey sausage wrap in the area and I have sampled several! Service is personalized and everyone is pleasant! Bravo!

I wanted to like this place based on all the good reviews but I think this will be the first and last time unfortunately. Both my bagels were not toasted as requested and the bacon on the one bagel was very burnt I’m surprised the employee thought it was okay to serve it to a customer that way. Service was unfriendly also.

There is a server her name is Kat, over the last 5 years I have been going here every morning (daily routine) anyway Kat is the best always moving cleaning,taking orders but is such a nice caring person.I look forward to going there in the morning.Ms.James and her husband made this place very friendly.But again when u go in look for Kat she’s going to kill me for this but she needs to be shouted out . TY Kat ( can’t leave RJ out)
