When visiting this area most likely your gonna end up at Sarris Ice Cream but if you don’t want to fight the crowds, traffic and finding a parking spot then you should check out Lovie’s. Locally owned ice cream stand. Walk window with friendly employees. There are a couple of picnic tables to sit at or just eat in your car. I got a Hot Fudge Sundae and it was really good. Got pistachio nut.. flavor wasn't strong enough and didn't have any pistachios in it. Cash only and cost $4.50 each cone.

Love Lovies! If you are looking for a fun night in Houston with friends and family, go for a night at Voodoo and end with ice cream. We go every Sunday. We love it and the ice cream is so good!
