This is my review from Yelp for the new CASTLE SHANNON LOCATION.
The pizza pops! I mean that in a great way and wanted to start the review out by saying so. I was excited when I saw the 'coming soon' sign. I've never had their pizza before but looking at the website, the pictures were enticing.
I even called the number for the CS location. I got Greg who was in there doing last minute stuff. He told me when they were opening, he was really nice about it.

I’ve been eating the square cheese pizza with extra cold cheese from Jimmy zs my entire life. I may be slightly biased for that reason but aside from that this has to be the best pizza place I’ve ever been too. Absolutely delicious. Welcoming and respectful employees. Prices are immaculate. The environment actually FEELS like a small town pizza shop. 10/10 always!
Good, old-fashioned square pizza. No frills. Excellent crunch/chew on the crust and the cheese is top quality.
