It's really disappointing. I order here every Saturday while at work, and the food is usually great. However, the last few times they've messed up my order, and when I called to get it fixed, I was met with attitude and difficulty in getting them to make it right. I understand places get busy, but they should simply accept their mistake, fix it, and move on. Overall, I'm quite disappointed with their recent customer service.
Normally this Domino's is fantastic! This time however, they forgot to add buffalo sauce (added on paid topping). This was also the second order in a week that they forgot this topping. Anyway I called to have it remade and they sent one the was absolutely drenched in buffalo sauce. I mean it's not my fault they messed up but they didn't have to take it out on me. I wasn't even mad about the mess up bc I know things happen but to deliberately send us another pizza with the sauce...read full review
My 8-year-old son loves this place. They were very accommodating to understanding that I had an 8 year old on the loose. We were the only ones in there at the time so it mattered.
