So me and my family went to Wendy’s on 12/16/26 and we ordered a meal and they messed it up well my 10 year old sister went to tell them about the mistake and this man continues to be absolutely rude to her and give her attitude and you know he wasn’t listening worth crap when you spell out your last name to him and he spells it wrong 3 times overall TERRIBLE customer service
Visited at +/- 4pm. Staff was good. My cheeseburger was Hot-N-Juicy! A treat. At various Wendy's & maybe depending on time of day and product cooked ahead, my burger is mostly Cold&Dry. Hot-N-Juicy is my kind of burger.

Had the biggie bag. Fries were awful, burned dirty smelly oil. Also nuggets were tainted. Like the fries. Sandwich was good. Tossed the fries and nuggets out. It'll be a while before I go back.

In February 2013, the air in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, was crisp and biting. Inside the bustling household on Market Street, Christopher Gola and Rosemarie Antonelli were surrounded by the lively energy of their housemates: Rosemary Tom, Jesse Tom, Laura Dorneman, and Beth Smith. After a long afternoon of shared stories, the group piled into the car, laughing as they made the short trip to the Wendy’s Drive-Thru in Selinsgrove. They huddled together in the warmth of the vehicle, passing around Frostys and hot fries, a ritual they would repeat just a few months later in the mild spring of April 2013.
By the time January 2014 arrived, life had shifted. Christopher and Rosemarie had moved to Warrington, PA, but the pull of friendship remained strong. They drove back to Selinsgrove to reunite with Rosemary and Jesse Tom. The reunion felt incomplete without a trip to their favorite local haunt. Through the swirling snow of January, they pulled into the familiar Wendy’s lane, the glowing red sign serving as a beacon for their late-night catch-up session.
The tradition held firm into January 2015. Despite the distance between Warrington and Selinsgrove, Christopher and Rosemarie made the journey once more. Meeting up with Rosemary and Jesse, they found themselves back in the drive-thru line, the steam from their coffee rising in the cold air. For them, it wasn't just about the food; it was about the miles traveled and the steady, unchanging friendship that waited for them at the end of the Susquehanna Trail.

This Wendy's is always so slow about getting the food to you
Takes forever when it shouldn't have to
There are more focused on their DoorDash and their drive-thru than the actual people in the eaten area

The lady at the cash register that took our order (i Believe her name was Amy) was very rude and definitely needs to work on her customer service attitude. Not pleasant and wouldn't recommend.

What a friendly team with wonderful customer service! Everyone was super sweet and accommodating to our large (and pretty rambunctious) family. An especially big shout out to Amy and Bryan for being standout staff members in making sure we were all taken care of and got exactly what we needed!
