“Headed back to Philly from Woodward on a Sunday- most restaurants were closed, but Alees Cafe was like an oasis- we both are vegetarian & dairy free so looking for vegan options is sometimes hard when we’re traveling. We had the lentil soup, pita wrap falafel, a 4 in one platter- needless to say, we finished everything on our plates. If we travel back through, we will be back.”

“Best hoagies I know of, anywhere. Unbeatable bread. Best alfredo sauce you'll come across. Chicken alfredo pizza is fantastic, or fettucine alfredo (with shrimp, chicken, broccoli mix and match). Very very nice people, always great service if eating in and a nice dining experience. The owner / head chef is always working hard but makes time to say hello to pretty much everyone he has an opportunity to engage with. Noticeably friendly guy. Great place all around, seriously awesome food at Amatos Norry.”

“Rather unusual that a place known for very good smoked meat entries would have such a good fish dinner. We've had the broiled haddock on several occasions and find it always enjoyable. Nice seasoning - not too salty- moist but not drenched in oil, as is often the case. Very good baked potato and coleslaw. An excellent value Be aware prices shown on this review site are out of date. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was wonderful, and everything was just perfect. We also got to listen to the band Kinsey, who sounded fantastic and made the experience even more enjoyable. It was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great time out! 🎶🎉🍽️”

“Tried this Papa Johns location because my father-in-law raves about it all the time, and I have to say, he was right! The locations closer to me have been disappointing, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this store exceeded my expectations.

The food was fresh, tasted great, and was easily the best Papa Johns pizza I’ve had in a long time. The staff was friendly, and the service was excellent from start to finish.

I can definitely see why this location has such a loyal customer. I only wish it were closer to me! Keep up the great work, great service, and great food.”

“We visited to hear Cass and the Bailout Crew on a Friday night. The band was great, the food and service were good. The beer was excellent. The big negative for us was that we had to reserve for 10 people with a $100 down payment and final payment had to be on one card. This meant scrambling when a couple backed out and having to have cash on hand to give to the person paying with the card. I hope Jackass reconsiders this policy.”
