“Good food and a good atmosphere with an even better selection of drinks. What's not to like? Food isn't only great food, but it's on the cheaper side also, unlike some other places around here. So, there is no need to worry about running your pockets dry while trying to have a good time. Everyone is always laid back and hanging out there as well. Not once have I gone there and had a rude or unsavory experience with someone. It seems like everyone there isn't worried about anything. They just want to chill out. It's a great place and always welcoming. Get something to eat and have something to drink. The people at Clayts Corner Tavern will take care of you. They are all good people there”

“A great brewery in downtown Northumberland. I’ve followed this place forever on Facebook, but this weekend was the first chance to visit in person, after getting a recommendation from two frequenters while eating on the strip.The staff were all incredibly friendly. They had a good mix of beer style selections, and their mixed drinks (specifically the old fashioned) were right up our alley.Sad we missed the nice weather to sit outside (or to have the garage door opened up to the outside), but just means we need to plan another visit!”

“Not only the best hoagie shop in a very large area, the homaide soups and sides are outstanding, all of them!!! High-quality meat's and cheese from Deitz and Watson and a very generous portion size. If you have never tried them, you are definitely missing out.”

“My husband and I fell in love with this local spot as soon as we walked in. Small town diners are a favorite of ours and this one had plenty of charm! I wish I could give them 50/5 stars! The staff was immediately warm and friendly. We had burgers for breakfast and couldn't believe how good they were. We came by on several occasions within a couple of weeks and everything we tried was a hit and felt like it was homecooked. There's only 4 booths and a counter so beware you might be waiting for seating on a busy day. But I promise you will not be disappointed by this spot.”

Regret not ordering the fried rice but next time that's a must.Don't let the basic tables & chairs, early and spare atmosphere discourage you. They are putting out the food and locals are seeing their neighbors here again and again.What a discovery that's also hard to find! “Been there a few times with different groups of people and decided it was time to write. This has been a shockingly pleasant surprise! I avoided this location for years when it was a small, local run down bar. I only recently discovered it was completely renovated into a nice restaurant with an owner who clearly cares about ensuring the place remains high quality. The food has been spectacular. We've tried a variety of dishes, from burgers, pulled pork, a chicken sandwich, a shrimp dish, scallops, fresh cut fries, mac and cheese, and a lobster roll. All of is has been great. No complaints from anyone! What a gem for the Sunbury area! Definitely not typical for this area. The cooking staff still care about their craft. (To the staff - please don't lose your passion!) The atmosphere is down to earth, not pretentious, friendly, and warm. Good mix of classic rock always playing in the background. The servers have always been very kind, patient, and friendly. The drinks... the Peach LIT is absolutely amazing. Not a lot of dessert choices which is just fine given I'm usually quite full by the end. But, I did try the PB chocolate pie... oh so good. HIGHLY recommended!”

“We have been here several times since they have opened. We were so excited when they first opened. The food was amazing and the staff was so accommodating! However our last 2 visits were extremely disappointing, our waitress was straight up rude so much so that we said we weren’t going back. We gave it another try after that and the food was very off, overdone and one of the dishes didn’t even contain the ingredients stated on the menu. I hope that they can get back to the quality they had when they first started out.”

“Small bake shop in Coal Township but they make some of the best cakes. Over the summer I got a cake made for an end of summer party at work and they made it happen with amazing quality and design! It's also a friendly environment every time. Reasonably priced products as well. I'm glad they kept this shop open!”

“This is my favorite place to go for breakfast. It's so cheap and they give you so much food...I don't know how they still make any money. Cindy is awesome, she always puts a smile on my face when I see her. The SOS is delicious so you gotta get there early or you'll miss out. I get a big cup of chocolate milk every. single. time. since I'm waist high. I'm lactose intolerant but it's totally worth it.Parking: Easily fit your truck and trailer with plenty of parking across the street in the lot. The bank is weird about parking anymore, even though the buildings are attached so try to steer clear of emWheelchair accessibility: No ramps or anything but you can roll right in from the street. There's a vestibule but the doors easily accommodate even a wide wheelchair. Just don't go doing any wheelies or burnouts in there.”

“I wish this place was closer to me because it's probably my favorite sub shop! The staff there are always so friendly and get your orders taken care of as quickly as they're able to with how crowded they get. They have a small bar around where they make the subs for dining in as well as 2 or 3 tables. It is self-serve, you order at the counter and then grab it from the counter when it's finished. If ordering takeout it is best to order ahead to avoid wait time however, they still get things together pretty darn quickly. They have chips and bottled drinks in a cooler. Their cosmos are my favorite! This is an older photo but the consistency is there every single time.Parking: The business is downtown on the main Street in sunbury with metered parking out front. Sometimes it does get crowded and you have to park down/up a block or two. Depending upon the time you go, you will have to feed the meter.”

“This was THE BEST cake! We’ve been looking for the perfect place to get our birthday cakes for years, but nowhere ever measured up. Either the icing was too sweet or not sweet enough…or the cake to icing ratio was off…or the cake was too dry. We’re very picky! But this cake was incredible and perfect in every way! We’ve finally found our birthday cake place and we will will definitely be back. Thank you so much!”

“Very crowded (good for them). Maybe should have more than 2 people behind bar on nights like that night, they had a live band. Very hard to get served. People were getting served before us consistently, not sure why. We are members, just at a different lodge, but no one knew this because it was open to the public that night. Guess I shouldn't have worn my cloak of invisibility, haha. Overall the live band was a good plan, but painfully executed with great difficulty. I felt bad for the 2 women behind the bar trying to keep up with everyone, it was non-stop. We've been thinking about switching our membership to this one. Still not sure. But having events like this would bring us out more, that's for sure. Definitely they need more than 2 people behind the bar in the future.”
