I used to think you couldn’t go wrong with Applebees but we walked into this place and the first thing I noticed was the smell. Like wet towels that had been left in the washer too long. There were ceiling tiles missing which had wires and cords hanging out of the holes. The appetizer was the best, but the burgers could have used some help. All in all, not worth $50 for 2 meals and a kids meal.

Man this place is in dire need of Gordon Ramsey. A family of 5 went out to eat for a birthday dinner and every single one of our meals was wrong. Cold, stale food. The food that was delivered to the table 2 times was all wrong. The manager nicely comped our tables entire meal and happily sang happy birthday…we appreciated that very much after the terrible food service we got. 10/10 will not be coming back to this location.

This place apparently recently changed ownership. It went down the toilet. We were told food is 20 minute wait as she threw down menus and kept walking away. Staff is inconvenienced by customers coming in. Bad attitude almost hateful. Very poor atmosphere. We were greeted horribly and left. We did not want to have to tolerate further disapointment or sorry attitude.

I do not frequent Applebee’s often these days because I’ve had too many poor experiences elsewhere, but this place is run really well and the food was hot and fresh tasting. We did not have to wait long for our food and our waiter Doug was checking in and making sure we had everything we needed and he did an excellent job and I hope that the owner sees this and know that Doug is the man!
