Food was good waitress was nice I asked if they accept AAA and they said no but they ended up giving me a discount anyway which was nice so I think they deserve a good review for all parts of the experience.

My wife and I love to visit Applebees in Hummelstown, PA! The food is consistently delicious. The service is friendly and efficient. We had a special treat today to have the General Manager, Seth stop by to check on our table. He wanted to check that we were happy with the food and the service Ashlee provided. Ashlee was friendly and prompt. Seth was exceptionally excellent. We highly recommend a visit for a fast, friendly, high quality meal at a good price!

Years ago (around 2010), I had an experience here that stayed with me. I ordered a salad that arrived with a large green bug in it. I showed the server and the manager took the plate to the back, then returned saying there was nothing there. It wasn’t handled in a way that felt honest or respectful. I hope things have improved since then, but that experience made it hard for me to return.
