Second time at this location. All the Bob Evans close to us have closed. Both times great service and great food. Hardly any wait for food delivery to our table. Both times food tasted great. Recommend the Hummelstown Bob Evans.

Parking lot was relatively empty. Upon walking in there was no staff to greet and seat you and staff looked but didn't knowledge us or the other people in line waiting. Wait tome for someone to finally come over and greet was over 20 minutes and for the food it was mediocre the only good thing is we had a (very nice young girl as a our waitress she was great!) Everything else id rate it -10/10 wouldn't recommend. (Go somewhere else).

This Bob Evan’s was one of the highlights of our vacation. The food was delicious, everything was perfect. We were a party of 10 and our table was ready very quickly. The service was excellent, I wish I could remember our servers name, she was so friendly, professional, prompt and accurate with our huge order! We were here on Monday Aug 25th around 5pm.

We visited a couple of times this past week while on vacation and the food was great and usually quick! We had someone in our group with celiac and this location specifically always does an excellent job of accommodating that! Cleanliness of the restrooms is not the greatest and the reason I wouldn't give 5 stars.

Went there this morning and ordered food to take out. They didn't give me what I asked and had to call back to complain. Didn't find out till I got home that items were missing. Stopped by the Hershey/Hummelstown restaurant after a Doctor's Appointment. Needless to say I wasn't happy because I live in Harrisburg, was getting ready for work and wasn't going to travel all the way back to Hershey for the rest of my food. Not happy, very disappointed.
I always love it here food is great. Same with the service.

Frequent choice for breakfast when in the area. Consistent good quality (not great) food. This location has always been better than other Bob Evans locations that we also continue to visit.

My son and I were at Bob Evans for breakfast - the food was very good, however they forgot my son's home fries and my cinna buns to go. Then we were over charged, they charged us for drinks we did not order nor did we receive so we ended up getting $9.09 back, not sure what the problem was but the service was bad which usually it is good.

I do eat at restaurant periodically for 2 weeks ago about 2:00 in the afternoon I ordered breakfast but it was cold and the server was kind of slow about getting stuff for getting the soup what is the soup first before my meal came they both came at the same time and the bathrooms were filthy

Our server, Debra, was the best and nicest person to have as a waitress. The food was great, the seating was quick given how busy they were. I will definitely be back and will be asking for Debra!

We arrived, ordered and got our drinks quickly. Our food however was a different story. It took 45 minutes to arrive because of the chicken fried steak. The steak DID arrive hot. The rest was lukewarm at best. We were missing a biscuit and were told they were being baked fresh and would be about 5 minutes. When it arrived though it was stone cold. It's certainly not our worst experience but I can't say we'd return or recommend.
UPDATE: I reached out to Bob Evans, at their request, but apparently mail doesn't cross into Canada from the USA as they cannot send me the gift certificate they offered. So a warning to travelers, they say that customer service is a priority but it obviously is not. Eat elsewhere!!
