First time ever visiting with the family. Wait time was reasonable. Wait staff, Tori, was amazing. Offered recommendations and different options for food. She was accomadating when it came to food allergies. Food was delivered in a timely manner.

I had the worse experience I've ever had at Bob Evans. I felt profiled and the place was dirty and they had no business. Hostess made us stand and wait to seat us while she stated she needed to get permission to seat us in a booth. Initially, she put us in an area that was secluded, dirty and hard uncomfortable chairs away from the 3 other couples there. I wish I could of given a 0 rating. No wonder they had no business. The parking lot was empty.

Upon ordering for my wife I was cut off and ignored until my wife told the waitress her order. Very rude and disrespectful. Food was good but I've not been disrespected here like this before.

We were seated quickly. The waitstaff was efficient, asked if we wanted something to drink and brought it soon after. Breakfast was very good.Parking: It was clean and spots were well marked. Handicap parking was close to front door.

Comfort type menu always very good,you never leave hungry. Furniture getting worn especially the chair legs which are loose and wobbly which brings this review concerning a low service rating.. Because of the potential for an accident involving 2 of those chairs we asked to be moved to a booth.. The server,with a definite annoyance being obvious, after being redirected to a new section with our order, said about the chair issue "It's like that everywhere".. NO it is not!!. Zipped the tip,spoke with the manager who apologized about her behavior.. Tough job being a server,everyone knows, but being professional means leaving the bull--it bad mood elsewhere.. Hint. When being seated try going to the rear sections there..
