The service at this Burger King is terrible. The process is incredibly slow, and it feels like no one is in a hurry to help you. I waited far too long for a simple order, and the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested. Very disappointing experience. Honestly, they should shut this place down.

I don't know if it's just today but we chose the drive-thru because it was 95°outside and we just purchased $103 of Hershey's chocolates at chocolate world. We waited about 8 minutes to put on our order. When a person in a car pulled up to the other order station and started putting in their order, I called the store. They said they were short-handed. We only had two people working.
We finally ordered and waited another 8 minutes exactly to receive our order, not at the drive-up window, but at the main entry door.
I am not complaining about the two young ladies trying to do their best in there, but if this location wants to continue, it needs to shape up.

Was kept waiting at one drive thru lane while the restaurant took orders from the other lane. When I switched lanes, they ignored me for another 10 minutes and took orders from the lane I just left. They refused to give me my entire order, and screamed obscenities at me as I drove away. NEVER. AGAIN.

This supposed to be a fast food and every time that I come here, I have to wait in the parking 20 to 30 min for my food. What is going on with this location? It is not that busy for them to take too long to give me my order.

I called this location to ask a simple question about a cheeseburger - you would have thought I asked this girl a trick question! Unreal..... truly
this is my favorite Burger King I’ve ever been to. The employees are so nice and they make you feel comfortable. The girl who took my order, I think her name was hailee she was super nice and always had a smile on her face. I will come here definitely again.

I'm bummed they couldn't tell me if there was silicone dioxide in any of the food. BK's own websites contradicted each other. We need better food labeling.
