this is my favorite Burger King I’ve ever been to. The employees are so nice and they make you feel comfortable. The girl who took my order, I think her name was hailee she was super nice and always had a smile on her face. I will come here definitely again.

I'm bummed they couldn't tell me if there was silicone dioxide in any of the food. BK's own websites contradicted each other. We need better food labeling.
Wouldn't know how the food is the so called manger wouldn't take my order. Never said a word to me I just stood there like a idiot waiting patiently. Rude and disorganized was there on 11/6/24 @ 5:30 pm. Do better burger king

Mobile ordered at 6:21 pm. Sat in drive thru for 35 min and moved 1 spot. Wife had to go inside and the manager literally laughed and said they haven’t even started any mobile orders. If you are that short staffed either turn mobile off or shut drive through down. Pathetic.

If you like to wait in line to order your food and then wait some more while they make it, then THIS is the BK for you. But if you just want to order your food ahead in the app and just run in and pick it up like you can EVERYWHERE ELSE, forget about it. When they finish making your order, they don't put your order where you can just pick it up and leave. No. No. No. You have to wait at the counter while you can see your food...sitting behind the counter...getting cold...but you can't have it until they stop playing on their phone or finish their personal conversation with a coworker and finally hand you your order. 2 weeks ago, I waited 15 minutes. Yesterday, I waited 5 minutes. Weird that they don't have a pickup area.
whatever they are paying the manager per hour is way to much. didn't even know how to cook a biscuit. wish i would have taken a picture to post on internet. sad because one star is to high of a rating.
