This my favorite local Chinese take out restaurant. I have been going there for many years & always delicious. I tried to place my order today and reached voicemail full. I stopped by and a note on the door said after 20+ years of serving the community, they are closing. I will sorely miss them & hope that they are retiring or moving on to bigger and better things. Worst Chinese food ever, pepper steak had no meat just peppers and onions, fried baby shrimp were dipped in sweet and sour batter and overly fried, no customer service not friendly at all, I will spend my hard earn money else where.

On top of that, the staff working there make it a point to ensure I am fully informed about and communicated with regarding the status of my order, even when I am running late. Thank you for providing such a wonderful restaurant experience even with the transition to takeout during this COVID pandemic! My personal favorite dishes are the ones where they do not add too much seasonings, sodium, or oils like the chicken and vegetables with rice. Stay well and enjoy your food from Charkoon.

I'm sure even imitation crab meat shouldn't have the texture of mashed potatoes. Very little flavor to the whole meal. My photo shows the imitation crab meat sqeeezing through the fork. A bit disappointing.

Not much to say here other then they have the best Chinese food around! The besssttt cheese wontons ever!. They are clean and quick. Never have they forgot anything or messed up order either

Horrible!!! They are extremely slow and I don’t understand why. Chinese is literally fast food but I just waited 45 minutes for chicken and rice. And the food isn’t hot at all…. What a waste of time and money!!!

We ordered the lunch specials because of the value, and heated them for dinner. In their defense, perhaps that’s why they were terrible. How can you screw up chicken with cashew? Minimal SMALL chicken pieces, and ever one was gristly. The most important thing, was NO FLAVOR. I don’t even think they used salt, ergo, you get plenty of sauce packets. Head to Palmdale for good Asian.

Steamed shrimp and broccoli was ok, some of the broccoli was brown. The shrimp roll was bad, cabbage was brown and spoiled.

Charkoon has the best Singapore Noodles we have ever had. Everything we have tried from the "South East Asia" and "Pasta" sections from the menu have been delicious. The other menu items are fine, but not as impressive. They have always had our order ready for us when we order pick up.
