I should have taken the awful rating seriously. This is the worst chipotle I have ever eaten at. They forgot items in our order, the side of guacamole was so salty it was truly inedible, and the steak was dry and hard. I am not a picky person and have ate at various chipotles many times before with no issues. This location is absolutely the worst.

I keep coming back here because I love Chipotle. Unfortunately, this location has messed up my order more times than I can count. Or used ingredients that are just not right. (Like rice thats so old and dry I had to be concerned about breaking a tooth. Or fajita veggies that were practically raw and uncooked) It's just disappointing. Today I ordered a burrito with queso inside. They gave me loads of sour cream inside instead of queso. Had to throw the whole burrito away. This is the second time that's happened. Please pay attention to what you're putting in people's food. Allergies exist
The employees I've interacted with have always been friendly, but I care way more about how the food is than how nice the employees are

the girl with the blue/minty green and black hair is really nice and welcoming to customers, has immaculate portions that i appreciate, and makes sure guests get the correct food when it gets passed to other co-workers. i definitely will be coming here again! thank you chipotle.

We waited over 20 minutes with only two people ahead of us in line. The rice was not stocked, and the meat appeared dried out and old. A woman stood at the kitchen entry the entire time, talking to two employees while repeatedly picking at her ear and face—completely unsanitary. The tables were filthy, and there was food all over the floor underneath. I also witnessed a staff member prepping meals and washing her hands without using soap. Overall, the experience was disappointing and concerning from both a cleanliness and food safety standpoint.

I was surprised to see some bad reviews when I pulled up Google. We ate here while traveling and had a very pleasant experience. The young guy that served us was very nice, friendly and helpful. The food itself was also very good.

Looked at the reviews and I was wary at first. But they were great. We went 15 minutes before closing and the order was messed up at first but the young man was very good about it. He fixed it right up for us.

Ordered delivery. They added sour cream to it when they shouldn’t have. Cost me $10 to deliver it. The best they can do is give me a free burrito with my next visit. So now I wasted money on their delivery service and lost out on a meal. Do better Chipotle. Obviously your workers can’t comprehend a simple task. This place is going down hill and I will not be returning.

I get Chipotle so much like once a week and this is the closest Chipotle to my house. However, lately I have been willing to drive the 20 minutes to a different Chipotle because every night when I go to the Chipotle and I order chicken, it is so burnt. It's pretty much unbearable to eat however, I went there during lunch and I have not had this problem. But anytime I go there during the evening it is every time without a doubt burnt chicken. 🤢

(DO NOT COME TO THIS CHIPOTLE!!) This is the second time that I wasted my money on this chipotle. If you’re delivering be extra careful because they love to mess up your order! Especially at this location this is my second time getting only HALF of my bowl and I spend $18 to only get HALF of what I ordered. This is literally outrageous!!!!! AND I COULDNT EVEN GET A REFUND!!!!!!
