Walked into the store and to the counter to place an order, there was not a single customer in the store. One employee that was replacing trays near the front looked at us multiple times and did not acknowledge or say he would be with us shortly. We waited nearly 15 minutes and yet none of the employees came over to start our order or even say a word. Left with nothing.

Extremely bad chipotle. I was missing entire ingredients in all three item I ordered. Mostly all of it was just rice and it was generally poor quality. Customer service only have me a free soda in response. Chipotle has really gone down hill and this location is just not worth the visit.

This place is disgusting. From the filth on the floors, to the recent crew, to the food quality. The new crew speaks barely English. I went there today and saw 3 employees and a random man at the entrance of the kitchen. I walked up and waited to be acknowledged by the guy that just stared at me for 2 minutes. Once I walked up I ordered normally and got treated with silence. When I finished my bowl he slid the bowl down the counter practically hitting my bowl against the register. I then stood awkwardly at the register waiting for my order to be rung up. I walked a crew member walked past me 5 times. He just kept talking to the guy at the entrance of kitchen. 3 minutes passed and the guy who originally took my order saw that I was still waiting and looked annoyed that I was even still there. He rung me up wrong on top of that. I just took my food and left. I’ve been here a total of 3 times and each time the employees seem uninterested and miserable. The management is awful. Save ur time and go somewhere else.

Tried to grab some chips and guacamole in the drive thru and the server was rude and would not just ring it up insisting I go on the app. Had he been nice about it I may have and ordered more but then I saw the reviews and decided it is not worth the effort at all. Bad service. No thank you.

Came in with my husband. He ordered steak tacos. employees spoke little to 0 English looked at him like he didn’t know what he was ordering. Then ignored me and went to the next customer, they tryed to checked my husband out and still had not said a word to me. We say something and they come down to take my order. I got a bowl. I said I wanted white rice they put half a scoop of brown rice in and asked what beans. I say no beans but I want steak meat they went to put black beans in and I said Nevermind and paid for my husbands meal and left, this location should be evacuated 🙄

Usually when I go to a restaurant I have no high standards, but when I walked in I was severely disappointed. There was trash and leftover food in the dining are for customers. I understand that time can be busy but, dirty areas in the food service? I was appalled when I saw the state of the kitchen, the gentleman in the kitchen was yelling at the top of his lungs for no reason. The only reason I stopped is because I was hungry and haven't eaten at Chipotle in a while. I guess ill stick to five guys.

I would leave a one stare review but couldn't figure out how. The floors and table were dirty, scraps of food all over the tables, its obviously they dont care about cleanliness. I saw one of the associates in their phone prior to handling food without washing their hands. I honestly saw all this happened and didn't even order, just walk right out. Someone in the kitchen was scratching their behind!

Something is WONG WE HAVE BEEN TO MANY OF THEM IN STATES FL PA and no one cares the staff about the customer service. Food is not at correct TEMPERATURE... LUKE WARM AT BEST. WE GO TO A LOT OF FAST FOOD PLACES AND NO ONE CARES IF CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED!!!!

I gave this location a lot of chances but they always disappoint me. Ordered a veggie bowl they barely put anything in it. Won’t be going back to this location anymore.

worst chipotle ever!!! i ordered online to get a chicken bowl and they literally filled up only halfway and the rice was dry and chicken was burnt. definitely save your money and order from another place before you will not get your money’s worth if you order online at this place.

Edit: They replied on my comment and I filled out a website they sent me 3 times and never heard back. These people are the worst.

I personally had a horrible experience at this location. They closed the kitchen 1 hour before closing time and they did not have most of the food that was listed on the menu. The guy who was serving me he kept on wiping his sweat off his head with his hands that he was serving me with and later he begun to complain about the request that I wanted. He decided to start. Charging me for the sour cream and other condiments. I Would not recommend this location just due to the quality of service and treatment.
