Previously owned by wonderful woman new guy is a know it all
The two gentleman who served me were very nice and super helpful. I have a nut allergy, and they insisted on pulling from a separate tub in the back to avoid possible cross contamination. The owner even let me try a little bit of their homemade hot chocolate (which was heavenly!) Definitely coming back here next time I'm in the Hershey area.

First visit to Cubbie's. Shop is small and decor is uninspired. Everything is minimalistic and gray. There were two teenagers working. No customers in the shop. One girl greeted us and was absolutely lovely. After I ordered my ice cream from the nice girl, the other girl behind the counter began rudely rushing my adult daughter to decide on a flavor. We hadn't even been in the store for 5 minutes at this point. My daughter had sampled one flavor and was going to ask for a sample of another flavor. But the one teenager obviously didn't want customers to have a good experience and pushed her to order. Our orders were just placed on the top of the ice cream case. No "here you go" or handing them to us. Almost didn't realize that we had to get our own spoons from a container on the counter by the register. Kinda gross to keep spoons out where money is handled. The Rude girl was also the one who rang us up. She did not speak much during the transaction. Only asked how I was paying and gave me the total. Just pointed to the chip reader and then flipped the screen around when the tip prompt came up and walked away.
We didn't bother looking at any of the merchandise or grab and go cases as we felt unwelcomed. We left the store and the only places to eat are on the deck. There was a lot of traffic so we couldn't even have a conversation.
Overall disappointed. I've heard so many people, including my younger kids, say how much they enjoy this place, but I will not be back. The ice cream was not worth the price. The experience definitely wasn't worth it.
Dietary restrictions: I did not see any options for people with allergies or sensitivities. There was cross contamination between flavors.
Parking: Only about 5 parking spots in the lot. There is a bank next door that people park at.

Not only is Cubby’s proudly open all season (looking at you King Cone!), but their ice cream is truly delicious and we had a great time chatting it up with the young folks who worked there.
Really enjoyed the aesthetic of the place, with its multiple rooms and large patio, and the unique coffee bean flavors on offer were a nice surprise!

We visited on a whim and were glad we did! I had the couch potato ice cream which was fantastic: creamy vanilla ice cream with pretzels, peanut butter, and fudge. Heaven! My husband had the caramel apple, which he also enjoyed, and my brother-in-law had the teaberry, which he said was different, but he'd get it again.
The place had a friendly family atmosphere. There was a fairly long line, but no one was unhappy with that... they knew the prize at the end was worth the wait!
Parking: There were a good amount of parking spots in the adjacent lot, but it was tight! When we arrived, there were a few spots left (Thursday night) Glad I was driving a small car! I think When we go again, we'll find parking a little further away and walk a bit so I don't have to deal with getting in and out.
Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly! They had outside seating with games and fun things for the kids to do while they enjoyed their ice cream. It was obvious by the number of families with kids there that it's a popular place!

They have different flavors of ice cream every visit I make here. they also have books to read for your leisure and also some games on the patio and in the building as well. My family loves coming here!
Nice shop and hangout. Generous scoops of ice cream ? Sorry, I just remembered to take a picture after we ate half it. Loved the strawberry, vanilla, and expresso.
Parking: Easy parking next to shop.
