I have ordered from this location a dozen times online. Today they messed up on delivery. I called and they sent a new order which made it right to me.
I think a place is allowed to make a few mistakes if its made right, so I approve.
If u pay me $18 an hour I will come deliver pizza bc for some reason u guys don’t know how to do it. This is a serious offer. I mean how hard was it to walk up 10 steps? And then y’all drizzle the sauce on the wings don’t even mix it in. If I could take my tip back I would. I’ve gotten better service through DoorDash. Y’all left my stuff outside for anyone to grab. Y’all couldn’t even bring it in the building? Then put the sprite on top of pizza, crushing it. I tipped standard 15% smh bro do better. @khaled.

I was on hold with the dam bot thing they make you talk to had to call 2 times just to be able to order my food then I order hot wing then send me chicken nuggets no hot sauce to be found like what is this I paid 30 and tiped very nice only to be told I'm the one who is wrong I will for sure so this place will never get another dime out of me that's for dan sure this

Not coming back. Quality of the pizza just isn’t there. Could’ve given me a Brooklyn for how thin it is, I could see through it. They also never answer the phone even when fully staffed. Quick refund, must happen a lot.
Save your money, manager is rude and doesn’t care at all about his customers. Also can’t call corporate so yeah probably never going to Dominos again.

Ordered $6.99 each special online, went to store to check out and manager refused to honor the special online price. My order when picked up was $10 more then online when placed. After leaving store we realized they didn't put sauces with the pizzas, when went back in manager had to pull back up my order before he would give me my sauces. Also when we placed our order it said 13 min and had to wait 30 min for our 1 pizza and bread. Very disappointed.

First my girlfriend and I tried ordering over the phone. No one picked up, but an answering service did. Well, tried ordering our order on there, and everything we said, the machine either said "sorry, I didn't get that," or "sorry, we don't carry that anymore." So, I hung up the phone, and we went inside the store to order. The cashier worker for one had an attitude. No smile or anything. We went to place our order, so I went ahead and did mine first. The sub I ordered, I asked for no ranch, and they could. I asked if they could substitute in mayo instead of ranch. The guy said, "oh we don't have mayo." But, they do because there's other subs with mayo on them. Then, I asked if they could add lettuce to my sub. The guy said, "oh we don't carry lettuce. We probably should actually." But, their other subs, have lettuce, including their Italian. What place doesn't carry mayo? Or lettuce?? And the guy wasn't polite about it neither. This place has gone downhill, because we have came here before, gotten a cheeseburger pizza, a special thing they had, and it had lettuce on it. And on top of all that, there were 6 people inside, and only one was actually working, making a cheese pizza. The rest were all standing around, not doing anything. The place was dirty, kitchen area. The girls who had long hair, didn't have their hair up nor any nets on. Some guys who had beards, didn't have a net on. None of the employees who were making food, had any gloves on. So they were handling food bare handed. Not the cleanest place to order from. I will not be coming back here. Their pizza is great, but now I wonder if it is anymore. The service was bad, atmosphere was terrible, and code of conduct was not followed. This place needs new management asap, or shut down or something. Never again.
