They close at 8 and I get there 7:40, they're already cleaning up. I ask if they have donuts and they didn't seem excited to sell me anything, so I left. The district manager or franchise owner should look at the poor reviews and fix some of these issues, like hiring people who want to sell your product and make the business money. Thanks but I won't be back.

Ordered two caramel crazes but only charged for one. The order screen was not working and I was only told my total ( not re-read my order).
So I paid for the second drink at the window and they told me it would be right out so I pulled up out of the way. The staff member began yelling out the window that I needed to pull around again. I asked if they could just walk it out and she said no I had to get back in line to get my drink - even though it was their mistake. Did not want to wait in line so one of my kids walked in. Never been to a place where they don’t walk out the food you are kissing.

They did not mix my drink thoroughly and the egg on my sandwich was rotten. Do not go to this location. The customer service is awful and so was the food. Disgusting.

My husband and I with our granddaughter stopped at this DD on our way home and we were so impressed. The place was so clean and neat. We were very impressed that the donuts were in glass enclosed cases. We bought donuts and they were fresh. We have been in a lot of dunkin donuts and this one by far, exceeded the rest. The 2 young people that were working there were so nice that I had to ask their names, Sophia & Mason. I will give this dunkin a 5 star any day and you can bet the next time we are in this area, we will be stopping again!!

Mason was an awesome person who made my order to a T. It was awesome to see someone speak English for once. Give that boy a raise, or even better his own franchise. Keep american businesses away from those getting deported.

I am continuously disappointed by this location. I shouldn’t have to remind workers of my order. Everytime I come they send me off without giving me any of the food items I had ordered, and then ask me what I got. On top of that the service is extremely poor and the employees have 0 enthusiasm.
