Yikes. It seemed like everyone was new. Ordered online and they took 20 minutes to make the milkshake after I got there. The guy couldn’t open the peanut butter. Also, I ordered a regular fry and got this much, and they were Cajun fries. At $8, that is about $0.25 per french fry. Also, one of our cheeseburgers didn’t have cheese on it. Very bad experience. There are much better burger places.

Amazing service and delicious food! The fries were some of the most fresh fries I’ve ever had and the manager on dusty was extremely kind fast to make the food and made me feel welcomed! Will be returning soon!

They have the best hamburgers around. However go there knowing you are about to spend over $20 if you get any sides. And that's just for one person. But the food is great.

Order food close to closing time but someone took my order on purpose. With that said, the staff went above and beyond for family’s order. They made my order with love and they also offered amazing milkshakes while we waited. Want to thank the manager and staff for their hospitality!!!! They all Deserve respect and love!!!!!

When I arrived to pick up my order, no one behind the counter would help me. They kept looking over at me and whispering comments to each other, but refused to acknowledge me. Very rude, threw my food at me when I finally got their attention, avoid at all costs, the overpriced underwhelming food ain't worth it.

I placed an online order on my way home picked it up but when I got home it was missing an entire burger out of the four we ordered. I called and asked them for a refund and to make it right. The person did not apologize, only made excuses, minimized and did not seem sure whether he would or would not make it right. What you say and what you don't say to a customer matters and we receive those messages loud and clear. Perhaps you should train your staff in actual customer service. You might consider beginning with an apology or owning the mistake you made rather than making the customer feel it was somehow their fault. My mistake was wasting my money at your restaurant and receiving lousy service. Do better.
