Took my family there Sunday evening 3/8/2020. The sandwiches were minuscule for the price you pay. The desserts were even worse. The cheesecake slices were barely a sliver of cheesecake for five dollars. One cheesecake was so dry it had to be sent back.I paid $60 for two sandwiches, fish and chips, and drinks. Ridiculous.

Today was my day off so I decided to take my two kids with me to lunch. It was during lunch hour so I expected the wait for food to be long. Well, my child's order was wrong. My soup didn't come out until I told the server he forgot it and that was barely hot. My wrap wasn't even cut in half or presented well for that matter. We didn't even get the pickles at the table. Next time we will hit up Panera---better service and presentation. Not sure what happened this year. My family patronized this location quite a bit over the years and never got service quite as bad as today.

I do not like to be lied to like the people that work at Isaacs. When I got there because I place an order online and they said my credit card was declined. That was a total lie because it did not get declined. However the charge currently exists from Isaac’s on my credit card statement. So I had to get another credit card out to pay the bill. I don’t know what kind of games these people are playing but I am not in the playing games so I will not be back and I will report this matter to the corporate headquarters of Isaacs.

One of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. Once we were sat, our drinks took decently long and I didn't receive mine. Our order was taken and we waited very very long. We finally received our soups, but 2 other servers were following our server with our food too. So we got everything at once. 3 out of 6 orders were completely wrong. When they were returned, 2 of them came out wrong again. It was a complete disaster and we will not be returning.

It was lovely to set out in the open air on a beautiful day. The french fries on the side were very hot and good. I felt they were a little skimpy on the meat on the sandwiches and my rye bread was pretty flavorless.
