The classic chicken sandwich was absolutely off the chain š„š„š„š it's $7, but you pay for what you get. I'd take that KFC chicken sandwich over almost any other fast food restaurant. I also liked that it was a single piece of chicken from one chicken; not some ground up chicken pressed into a patty like many other places do. The "Little Chicken" was also a single piece of chicken; it was just smaller. Comes with good pickles, and there's a bunch of sauces to choose from (some $1 extra). The drive-through is a little cramped, so best of luck if you're in an SUV or towing something. Oh, and the cherry pie bites were way better than I was expecting šš„§š

They forgot half my chicken and it was to go from drive up. So when I got home, an hour away I only had 8 pcs. Of chicken. Not the 12 piece I paid over 42$ for. Then I tried to call them for over an hour and then again the next day with no answer. I don't know how they take orders over the phone, they never answer it! I had to call the 1800 complaint line. What a hassle š¬

I can't believe this place is open around here I expect this kind of stuff in the ghetto but not here. The women in the drive thru with the side of her head shaved pretty much tossed our drink after we ask for our meals to be fixed. Spilling one all over my door some of it even got on th he inside of my interior. Went inside the manager was this tall overweight guy that never once made eye contact or acknowledged his employees terrible behavior we asked for and refund. Spent 30-40 minutes not including this review just to end up going to wendy's. Plus the money and time it took to clean up my car. I dont care if these ppl are fired etc. I'm warning everyone I know of this location and I'll just go to popeyes for this kind of service

Was having a bad day on my birthday (4/18) I pulled into this establishmentās parking lot and downloaded the app. Placed my order and went inside 10 minutes later. When I tell the employee Iām picking an order up for āJamesā Iām told in a snarky attitude, āJames already got his food. Someone came and picked it up.ā I stared at her and tried to show her my order: She didnāt care to look. She told me thereās an order for Johnā¦ i told her I just parked and placed the order so the odds of someone saying my name and getting my order was very rare. I asked her to make it again. She laughed and gave me a trashy attitude āi canāt make that and Iām not going to, thatās ridiculous.ā I just stared at herā¦ she had AirPods in her ear and either a shaved head or short hair. The manager John came out because we just stood there in silence. She turned her back and fiddled with her phone. She told the manager with an attitude and laughed and the manager didnt look at me once. He did make my food though which was cool. When it was done, he walked with his head everywhere but my direction and placed it on the counter and then looked at a screen. I stared at him waiting for eye contact before blurting out āare we all good now?ā He finally made eye contact and pushed the bag up half an inch without speakingā¦ I asked him his name before leaving. This was the most he talked āme, m-my name?ā¦ (I said yes and he paused before answering), Johnā
I planned on making a joke about it being my bday and try to lighten things up but I was just annoyed more and that was some of the worst customer service I ever hadā¦ I hope retraining happens for these employees especially the girl with the AirPods in her ear that laughed and denied me my food because she mistakenly gave John my food and didnāt want to own up to it.

Instead I've got a 4 piece chicken meal with a coleslaw n a biscuit. I was starving so I ate the leg and that's it because I prefer the nuggets. But what a bummer it was for sure. Tried to call their # for it to ring a few times then a busy signal. So that's why I'm writing the review. FYI: check your bag before you pull of which I normally do buy being that I had to wait for FRESH everything, I would of āļø

Most awkward drive through, and the absolute rudest woman in the drive through! I'm also pretty sure she did something to our drinks, we didn't get what we ordered as far as the kids drink, and dipping sauces. Our fountain drinks tasted weird, and we threw them out. My family will not be eating there again! !

The lady gave me an incorrect order, (which i didnāt complain about). I asked for an extra sauce for my chicken strips and she gave me attitude and told me she already put sauce on my tray, and that I would have to pay extra. I assured her that I wasnāt paying extra after spending over $30. Another lady came and asked me what I needed and gave me the dipping sauce. Of course they were all talking in their language about me and giving me dirty looks. I sat and watched another family go up to the counter and ask for condiments, the same lady that gave me a problem, smiled and handed them the condiments. On top of that the food wasnāt even good.
