We both got soft serve ice cream and it was lousy. I got the chocolate/vanilla swirl and the texture was grainy with specks of brown in it. Not smooth and creamy at all. We were very disappointed and won’t be back.

We loved the convenience of it being close to our hotel and the selection of ice cream was great! It was certainly very busy but the prices were good and we were happy with the experience and would definitely go back.

It’s a nice place for out of towners. They serve Hershey Ice Cream which as a local I can get at the store. But the workers were nice and the space was nice.

We go to King Kone all the time and love all their flavors. Tonight 8/6/25 we came to the window. I saw inside that there were four girls working and about 5 customers in the store. Each girl in the span of 5 minutes looked at me in the eyes at least 3 times each. They walked over to the window to take payments and grab a pen. Even to the soft serve. People started to come up behind Met. Another 3 groups proceeded to walk inside of the store. Still the girls looked at me. I figured at least they would take my order before the other people. Nope. Finally a girl came up and said they are only taking orders inside. Then she didn’t even offer to take my order before the other folks that walk in after me. Why make me wait so long? Terrible customer service. We ended up leaving after walking in and none of the girls offered to take my order before the other people came after me. Please do better.
Good stuff. I wasn’t prepared for the massiveness of the Sundae! The young lady that served us was patient and friendly even with the huge crowd.

This place is so cringe. Not only do they serve Hershey’s icecream which is overrated, the vibe inside is anxiety-provoking. It’s like some sort of stressful fever dream with fluorescent lighting. I will not ever go here again & if you can’t tell, I really just despise this place😂
