We usually get great service from this location, but tonight we got Chicken Nuggets and they asked what type of sauce we wanted and we said BBQ. Unfortunately, when we got home there was no sauce so we had dry Chicken Nuggets.

Ordered at the kiosk, normal. Went to get the cups from the counter, cashier says its all automated and the come out with the food. Guess I should have picked the drink I wanted instead of a random drink with a small cup. Food comes out. Wife and sons bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle are cold.. wife takes hers to the counter to get another made. They make her a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle... I guess that is what we get for going to a restaurant chain that is basically like eating poison anyways... In any case, these place need to remember as technology evolves, automation is not more important than customer service.

Where is half of my cheese in the fish sandwich!!!! It’s a joke , if can’t afford to sell the quality food for that price just increase a quarter on each cheese , Ridiculous!!!!!

I did a mobile order to pickup at the counter. Everything was there that I ordered and hot. I did need some ketchup packs so I waited at the counter. It took them about 3 minutes till they saw me there. Other than that, service was great. This was the second time at this location.
The food was cold and dry, and the chicken nuggets were weirdly different. They were not the regular ones like I'm used to. We also ordered a big Mac, Al a Carte, just by itself, not a meal, the attendant did not comprehend that, and served us a plain Big Mac, only Meat & Cheese, nothing else on that Burger. It was dry and tasteless. Please train your staff better.

I like going during the off times. That's when the food is usually the freshest. The only problem is that if you are in the farthest drive through it either doesn't work properly or it needs someone in the closet one to activate it. That's a problem since I waited a while to be serviced more than once.

Never had a bad experience! One employee makes it always pleasant (Jen). I take my grandson and she always greets us and helps, if needed, with a smile. She is a rare type of employee and should be rewarded for extra effort!!

I asked for extra salt. I specified an unhealthy amount, because sometimes you can't even get the right sauces at other places. I took one bite and tasted the dead sea. They set the fries upright, so it didn't spill, and they were crispy and hot. Staff was pleasant and made sure to inform me there was a lot of salt on them.
