I came and ordered on the kiosk and hit a eat in order i grabbed the little number thing and put it on the table and waited for the employees to bring me my food like the number things says which it sates “place this on table and wait until employee brings you food” we waited for 30 minutes and the food still wasn’t out so we got up and were going to ask a employee to which we found our bad of food on the “to go” shelf they never called out our number we know this because we were the only ones and would gave heard them but they didn't. We grabbed the “to go” bag with the recipe that clearly said it was a “eat in” order. Our food was cold. This was a waste of time and money since our food was cold. terrible workers.

They don't even have a counter, everything is kiosk. After Hersheypark closes gets beyond packed. The employees are agitated. And best of all they forgot to put cheese on a Quarter Pounder with Cheese. A refund doesn't pardon blotching one of your most common sandwiches, especially when you wait almost 30 minutes for it.
It is one of the better McDonald's I have been in.

Almost all tables, including the front counter, were dirty and with stains. When I received the order, a QPD was missing from my order and I went to the front counter. Everyone treated me with respect, but I could see order after order showing in the screen and going out but I was still waiting on my QPD. As something that is missing from an order, it should have been priority over the new orders.
Suggestion: they should have more employees for the hours in which Hershey Park closes so they can still provide the expected experience.

I go to this McDonald’s usually 1-2 times per week for either breakfast or late at night. The food is reliable. It’s what you expect from a McDonald’s, hot & no complaints there. Sometimes they do get really busy r/t hersheypark traffic but honestly they are really good at managing large volumes. I have also never had an issue with the staff; they are consistently pleasant or enough so that they are not rude & miserable.

People who work here should be ashamed of themselves. The fact that you can’t remember to put items in a bag is not only concerning, but flat out pathetic. I honestly don’t understand how it’s so hard for someone to do such a basic job but maybe I’m asking for too much. If you work here, have a moment of reflection because I don’t understand the level of incompetence. I will never eat at this dumpster fire again. Do better, even though everyone knows you can’t. What a joke!

A normal McDonald's as expected and I normally don't rate things. However the staff was amazing. I ordered super easily and they were very friendly. I got my order super quickly and was surprised at how fast it came out. After I brought my food to the car and set my drink down I went to kill a bug and dropped my drink. It fell on the ground and right away one of the McDonald's staff that was outside offered to get me a new drink. I was super appreciative and thankful for it and she kindly went in and got me a new drink. 5/5 for just how fast the food came out and how friendly the staff was. I came at around 1:40 PM on Wednesday the 18th. I'm not sure which two ladies it was but they were both amazing.
