After 35+ years in the food industry I don't trust a place that only cooks their burgers well done, because they are afraid of foodborne illness. It means that they buy cheap low quality burgers and probably cheap low quality everything else.

Okay redo. Thanks to the management staff and the young man that went above and beyond on the phone to commit to the resolution of a problem. They showed outstanding cooperation and dedication to customer service. I had initially ordered door dash. The app glitched and couldn't pick up the food. After negotiations and cooperation we were able to come to an agreement. Got our food and didn't lose the money $$. 4 stars only bc it would have been better to have had the communication before it got to negotiations

I love the food, prices & selection. The only negative is calling them to place an order. It rings, the line connects, dead air then it disconnects. After several attempts, when it does connect and it sounds like a 15 answers and just says “hello” making you think you have the wrong number. Why would a place of business answer “hello”? Phone etiquette training needed.

Ordering a Philly Cheesesteak too far away from the 215 can be dangerous but this place nailed it. I ordered with sweets & hots and it didn't disappoint. I don't think the roll was Amoroso's which was noticeable, but still a really good sandwich. Better than the sandwich were the fries! Thin cut, almost straw-like, and salted to perfection. My buddy and I saw the pile that was a side order and said we will never finish those. Not only did we finish them but I was digging out the nubs buried in ketchup as I didn't want it to end. Fountain drinks are refillable so that's a bonus when on the road. Restaurant was super clean and inviting, the motif is cool as it's fire oven pizza and there is stacked wood in the decor. Restroom was super clean as well. What really made the quick stop enjoyable were the two young ladies working behind the counter. Super friendly, talked us through the choices on the menu, made sure everything came out ok, thanked us and said good-bye upon leaving. I've been in places where kids this age are behind the counter and they act like you are bothering them as they stare at their phones. Not so here. Owner found some responsible workers and should reward them. Next concert I see at Hershey Stadium, I will definitely eat here again.
