After 35+ years in the food industry I don't trust a place that only cooks their burgers well done, because they are afraid of foodborne illness. It means that they buy cheap low quality burgers and probably cheap low quality everything else.

Okay redo. Thanks to the management staff and the young man that went above and beyond on the phone to commit to the resolution of a problem. They showed outstanding cooperation and dedication to customer service. I had initially ordered door dash. The app glitched and couldn't pick up the food. After negotiations and cooperation we were able to come to an agreement. Got our food and didn't lose the money $$. 4 stars only bc it would have been better to have had the...

I love the food, prices & selection. The only negative is calling them to place an order. It rings, the line connects, dead air then it disconnects. After several attempts, when it does connect and it sounds like a 15 answers and just says “hello” making you think you have the wrong number. Why would a place of business answer “hello”? Phone etiquette training needed.
