Not sure I’ve ever encountered ruder employees at a Panera bread. I don’t know if it’s a management issue, but employees clearly hate working here. Otherwise, food is fine.

This is the best Panera I’ve ever been to. The grilled cheese and Mediterranean salad were perfect. Staff was very friendly. There was a manager that checked on guests and made sure everyone was satisfied. Wow. The manager even gave my little daughter a free cookie.

I understand that this is a vacation spot, but that is no excuse for having 1 person working at the register. Even if you use a kiosk, you still have to wait on your cups to even get your drink. Worst system i have ever seen. The food was good, but everything else was really lacking.

This Panera has a new manager who has been there for 2 weeks. He was very congenial and very helpful and was able to give us any relevant discounts using our membership info. The tables were clean. The food was very tasty.

I had a catering order on a Saturday morning to be picked up at 9:00am. For technical reasons the order was not placed and I was not contacted. A huge shout out to Casey from catering and Cianna the manager (not sure of the spelling) They were awesome! Within less than an hour they had my order completed! It was perfect and everyone loved the food! They both were professional explaining what happened and making amends. Because of them the event was successful! I can’t thank them enough for their effort and kindness!

a wet fart of a restaurant. although to be fair, is one of the better options, probably the best option on that side of the highway. last time they gave us 1 baguette when we ordered 2. honest mistake. this time we ordered 2 baguettes and they gave us 1 apple. the math is not mathing. plus the sandwiches are consistently just slopped together. honestly, don't even know why we order the baguettes from panera, every location is stale and rock hard... overpriced affff
