Pretty big place, I was greeted and helped right away. The lady who helped me was nice.
Bagels were fresh and nicely toasted, not burnt. Always a plus.

A little underwhelming for a Panera. No bread bowls available and the sandwich was only fair. Some sodas were empty at the machine. It was ok overall but could have been a lot better

There was hair in the food. The dirty blonde girl is rude. And no bread is crazy. Also the girl was cleaning without gloves. Flies flew onto my food and they were having an intimate time. This is not.

I really like the ordering kiosks so you don't have to stand in line. Their smoothies seem more smooth, maybe made with puree, instead of on the icier side. Delicious! Chili was a little spicy, but my grandma has a low spice tolerance and ate it just fine. Would not really recommend the fruit cups, it didn't seem very fresh and the melon was hard. Overall everything was good.

The tables were absolutely filthy, the cashier could not understand us, my wife's order was rang up wrong and we were overcharged.

I was in the area for work. We went two nights in a row. First night spot on. Second night 1 star service. My wife ordered the exact same meal. First night good second night bad had to remake. Order taker forgot to put in a pager request, so I had to stand at the service area and wait for my name to be called with screaming kids not good. Not sure if we will return.

After a long day at Hershey Park, me and my family were looking for a refreshing place to eat and fill up our stomachs before going home. Unfortunately, this place disappointed us all. We waited 30 minutes for our food, The place was dirty and no one was cleaning this place. So if you’re looking for a place to eat…. maybe look for the Chipotle Or Five Guys nextdoor. Also, this place was understaffed, The poor women Working the Kiosk all by herself, The poor man Cleaning by himself, and the other poor women making all the food by herself.

Service is no longer a think .. kiosk and pick up. No pagers at this location but nobody calling out orders or at least not loud enough to hear. Staff not really friendly, just focused on orders even though not crowded at all. Went for a salad, disgusted by how much dressing they added. Didn't see option in kiosk to ask for it on the side.

This is my first time back since COVID. The order kiosks are nice, but the area where they are add to obstructing the front door since they still accept orders at the counter. I'd definitely move them the the left side of the bakery so at least there is one clear area for traffic to flow through if the order counter is full of customers, too.
Food was good. Service was timely given the lunch rush.
Prices have definitely sky rocketed.
Wheelchair accessibility: One wheelchair ramp is on the far side of the building by a major intersection traffic zone, the other is in front of a non handicap parking space.... We had to squeeze between cars and go up the curb.
Once inside, Given the position of ordering kiosks and counter ordering, when busy there is no room for wheelchair navigation. Also to note, the other side entry/exit door which was formerly useable pre COVID is now blocked by patio furniture. Even if only used as an emergency exit, it should not be blocked.
