I visited Papa John’s in Hershey and ordered a veggie pizza. The order was ready right on time as shown on the pizza tracker. There’s plenty of free parking available, though no Wi-Fi was spotted, and you’ll need to ask for paper napkins. The lady at the billing counter was polite and friendly. The pizza tasted good, but I noticed it was priced about $2–$3 higher than what we usually pay at our New Jersey outlet — likely due to the Hershey location. There’s ample seating inside, but I hardly saw anyone dining in.

Ordered pizza and breads ticks. Pizza was to plain, no flavor at all. Breadsticks were to be garlic but you couldn't take much. Some seasonings on both would of worked great.

The place is a little small and you could mistake it as a small local place but what made it great was the employee with his incredible service. At the time I visited said location he was by himself and was very serviceable. Haven't seen that kind of service for some time. The food is more of the same but I suggest going there because of their customer service, hope you get to see the same person I did.

It was this or Pizza Hut. I chose this. Pizza was what I expected. The counter lady was friendly and gave good service although the food was late. The cheapskate owner wants to charge you 10 cents for a packet of seasoning. So after spending 21$ on his lousy fast food pizza he then wants be be greedy and charge me 10 cents for something that should come with the pie. I did get a cup of yellow goo that I didn't ask for. I guess if he sold hot dogs he would want 10 cents for mustard.

Josh, the manager, greeted us very warmly and showed us the menu within our price budget, including specials and deals. He was very accommodating and patient!
Paid $30 dollars for a medium pizza topped with just onions and green peppers, I told the manager my last pizza had hardly any veggies on it, he told me they would add more this time, when I got it delivered once again hardly any veggies and only 1 very small pepperoncino. I will never order a pizza from this place again!!

The store doesn't have AC and was miserable to walk into for my carryout order over the weekend. I dont know how they find it acceptable in this summer heatwave to just not have air conditioning.

Stopped in to get my husband a pizza and was surprised to see they have gluten free crust. After asking a thousand questions I decided to try it. I haven't taken a bite just yet but it looks good. I was very happy with Joshua who answered all my questions. Now fingers crossed I don't get sick eating my pizza.
**Update** I did not get sick from this pizza. Always use caution and remember the utensil they use to put the sauce on the pizza touches the gluten containing crust. Maybe if you ask they can use a clean one.
