We had a problem with an online order not including enough pizzas for a party. Called the store and they were able to correct the order and get us pizzas in time. We really appreciate them working with us to get the order fixed even though it was an online issue.
I had a pretty bad day at work and decided to treat myself with Papa John's. While placing the order, I meant to schedule it for when I got home, but accidentally scheduled it for ASAP. They were kind enough to refund my order and deliver it again without much hassle. I truly appreciate it. And as always, the stuffed crust and garlic sauce hit just right!
I brought both of my kids in ages six and four years old for a pick up. My son is special-needs. The staff was very helpful and was willing to bring the pizza out to my car. This provided great assistance in the pick up experience. Thank you.
