A+ integrity and customer service. I first ordered a tray in November 2024, and unfortunately the store had a last minute equipment failure, which meant they couldn't fill my order. They refunded my order fully and promised a free replacement in the future. Since I live out of state, it has been eight months since I returned to the area and the manager still graciously kept his word. The tray was ready for pick up on time, and everyone enjoyed the food. I picked up a tray of mini pretzel’s for a PA Foods lunch my kid’s 4th grade class was having. The pretzels were ready and fresh when I picked them up and the staff was great. The kids absolutely loved them!

Just walked in on a cold day at the park, coffee from the left, pretzels on the right. Awesome place. Been to an old PP location in upstate NY once, and this time was better than it was years ago.
Great service, warm and fresh bag of pretzels for a great price. Got a 10 pack. Easily 4 times heavier and nearly half the price than 3 pretzels from that Annie chain place. Philly pretzels way better than others in my opinion! Much better value too! Wish you were closer to...
