Tried twice to order and never received the order. First time was told no one from Door dash (ordered directly on Pizza Hit site)got the order then was told they picked it up yet I never received it. Then again tonight tried to order and no one picked up the order so they said they would cancel and redo it and then it would get picked up but was told that 2 weeks ago at a totally different location and never got that order so just said forget it and will NEVER order Pizza Hut again.

Overall it's a pretty good Pizza Hut. It was a little on the slow side when I visited, but they were clearly dealing with understaffing issues so it's a bit understandable. Pizza was good!

Honestly might have been the best pizza I've ever had from Pizza Hut, and shout out to the team. They were understaffed, but communicated great with us despite other customers berating them. Both employees were incredibly respectful and clearly good at what they do because damn, this pizza is insanely good. Thanks guys!

Pizza was dry and we ordered with extra sauce and didn’t receive extra sauce on the pizza. I don’t think I’ll be returning for other reasons as well. It was a first time visit!
My family was visiting Hershey Park from out of town and on our way to our hotel we saw a Pizza Hut that has a dining room?! Yes! Amazing! We were all so hungry and so excited to eat some piiza. We walked in at 5pm and the place was empty. We waited for the cashier to seat us. We told the cashier we wanted to dine-in, she said hold on, I need to ask my manager. The manager came out and said no dine-in at this location, only carry out. We were so confused and so disappointed.

Stopped in for dinner with the family while on vacation. Dining room was a joke, no service. It was apparent the employee who engaged the customers hate his job. At one point there were at least 5 customers waiting and never acknowledged! I ordered online and the order still wasn't ready when it said ready! When we finally did get our food one pizza was made wrong. We visited in the 90° weather and water wasn't available! Take your money to a local family owned business for a real experience.

There was only one person working everything. We waited almost an hour for two personal pan pizzas. The seats are broken. The tables are dirty. The bathroom doors are sticky. I tried to cancel our order but no one would come out from being understaffed. Then they seemed annoyed when I asked how much longer or could we get a refund

I came from NY, waited 10 minutes, and nobody at the front desk even took my order, even though they saw me and another customer. So I just went to Wendy's next door.
