If I can give this place a zero I definitely will. This is not the first or second time they ignore people picking up food. None of the doors was open. A guy kept walking by and looking over at me and husband. We will never order from this unprofessional place again.

Arrived at the restaurant to buy lunch on the weekend. There was lots of parking to choose from. Lots of handicap parking near the doors. My legally blind father was able to go inside without any issues. The restaurant wasn't dingy and dark. There were lots of lights that were bright.

Pizza Hut wasn't busy until after we arrived around 12:30 in the afternoon on Sunday.

Chairs were still on a few of the bigger tables. We had to put them on the floor. The chairs were heavy. The table booths were dirty and not cleaned. A big trash can was over filled with trash.

We had to order at the register once we arrived. The guy seemed impatient about us taking our time to order due to not knowing what we wanted. He was polite. They had 1 menu at the register to look at. After ordering you payed for your bill. I tipped the guy because it was a suggestion as i paid. I guess you really don't have to tip. We paid around 55.00 for 5 of us to get water, pizza, and cinnamon rolls.

The 5 of us each ordered a personal pan pizza and a box of cinnamon rolls. Was enough for 5 people. The cinnamon rolls were extremely tiny. They didn't have any cups for water. Had to buy bottle water.

The pizza came out in boxes. Gave us paper plates and napkins to use after we ask. There are no extra seasons to use on the pizza. The food was fresh and hot.

We missed the old days where you sit down and look over the menu to order the food you wanted.

Kid-friendliness: Wasn't kid friendly. Nothing for a 11 year old to do.

Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of handicap parking near the door. My father, who is legally blind was able to go inside without issues.

Tim was the highlight of my experience – he was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. His helpful attitude and warm service made the meal feel extra special and was just what I needed after a tough day. The pizza and wings were delicious, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. Thanks, Tim and Pizza Hut, for a great end to a long day.

Terrible service, tables were filthy. Wanted dine in twenty minutes to get the food. This is a shame for the Pizza Hut brand. Don’t waste your time.

We came in the dine in, no one was at the counter to assist us. A customer who was in the lobby waiting told us we had to order at the counter for dine in. We ended up leaving because you could hear the staff yelling and swearing.

THEY ARE NOT OPEN TILL 12. They lied about their time and did not allow me to order a pizza at 11:40pm.

Walking in it’s apparent this place receives no love. Came to dine in after a hot day at Hershey park, went with what should be a sure thing (chain restaurants) starting off, the dining area has 8 four person booths, some vacant with dirty paper plates and crumbs on them. 2 six person tables with the chairs placed up as if they’re getting ready to close the dining room. No fountain drinks available, or ice. Have to purchase bottled soda or water only Pepsi or ginger ale available. One employee present in the dining/cashier area and they were not happy to be serving anyone. Ordered 2 pizzas and boneless wings. Pizzas came out wrong (how hard is it to put pepperonis on two pizzas) and the wings looked sad. After taking down our own chairs to sit, waited what seemed over a decent amount for what was ordered. Came out in to go boxes and was given ALMOST enough paper plates for everyone at the table. Shouldn’t expect a person who can even count change right for a cash order to remember how to count to 5 right? Guess not. Save your time and money this is not the Pizza Hut location you want to eat from. Sad especially the close distance to such a huge tourist attraction.

All I wanted was some bread sticks, and I got them. ? They were so hot, I had to impatiently wait for them to cool off. I do think they need some music in there tho~
