Some free advice for anyone involved in the management of this Subway location: Never, ever, EVER have your establishment closed and the door locked at a time when your website and the sign on your door say you are open. This happened to me TWICE here in the last few weeks. There won't be a third time.

I don’t know what is going on there but I placed 2 orders at 10 am for 11:30 pickup and when I got there I didn’t have an order only to find out they cancelled it at 11:22!! I think they could’ve called me knowing I’m about to arrive. Oh sorry we aren’t doing online orders right now even though I placed the order. I won’t be returning!!

absolutely horrible. will never come to this subway again. a toddler could make a better subway sandwhich than these people. im extremely disappointed. a blind and deaf woman could run a fast food place 10x better than whatever management there is now. i ate the tuna and ive been sick for 2 weeks. you guys are lucky i dont sue you for all the money u have. bunch of losers

I just got the worst service in my entire life. A very rude manager named Malika or whatever her useless name is. I bought so many it was just dumped in the bag, not labeled and I politely asked and she said I have other customers so I am done with you. I have been here before and they where very mannered and respectful. But this so called manager is so disrespectful and insulting. The other guys that where attending to me where so nice.

Solid subway. Clean store. Friendly staff. Order was ready on time. They loaded my toppings which I appreciate, especially the extra banana peppers. Subway also usually has a lot of reasonable promos and deals, which is rare these days.
I hate going to any other Subway! This one always seems to have the nicest people working and everytime I'm in there, someone is cleaning, so it's always spotless! Been to two other local stores recently, with one sub inedible and the other store missing so many ingredients, we just left. Definitely will stick to the Hummelstown location from now on!
