The cleanest, friendliest, best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! The workers double checked with me that I didn’t accidentally order the wrong thing (we had a lot of dietary restrictions in our order, and then two items completely different). It’s scary getting fast food while traveling but this was a great experience.

Tomato seemed to be refrigerated and not fresh. I ordered a chalupas and it was cold and blend taste. Only thing pleasent was diet coke. Won't recommend anyone.

We did a mobile order prior to arriving. It was a large order so they were not quite finished with it when we got there. The employees we friendly and treated us well. We at in the building and were able to slide two tables together for our group of 10. They had high chairs for the little ones which was great. The food was tasty and good temperature. The only complaint I would have it that the music was quite loud. Others than that, A+.

You walk in Noone greats you, your basically just standing there. Lobby was dirty and staff unprofessional. Daughter in law placed an order for 6pm and they had it done by 3pm and tried to give us cold food that had been sitting out for 3 hrs. They had to remake it which was still not ready for 6pm pickup, it actually didn't get done till 630pm and the guy goes here's your food. No thank you, no have a great day nothing. I've worked for 3 different food companies in fast food the service i received was very poor. Train them better and right. My daughter in law will be calling corporate....

Can’t get an order right to save their lives. Save your money and go to a different location!!! The kid at the window rushed our entire order and was extremely rude.

They are not able to handle weekdays traffic, very very delay, each employee needs training. Feel like all employees come here to hang around, no team work, just couple employees working hard, others are just standing, needs proper management. Grove up, you won’t be able to stand just by brand name.

Went to pick up mobile order and the food was ice cold. It was not fresh at all. The attitudes are also ice cold. Other locations are way better than this one.

I dont know why they think a tortilla with a splash of cheese is a cheesy roll up, but we were highly disappointed because all we pretty much got was tortilla and when my son asked them about it they said thats how they make it SMH not to mention their chalupa shells were so hard. They really should be ashamed of pumping out such low quality food!!!

Wow. They just opened and it's already bad. Just got a couple bean burritos and there was almost no beans, more tortilla than beans. I don't understand how this location can't get it right, it's taco bell, seriously how hard can it be.

Also was in the drive thru, no one else there, and dude wouldn't just give me a minute to figure out what I wanted. Definitely had a voice that said "I really don't want to work here" -- maybe fix the employee experience and the food will follow?

And there I was, leaving volleyball, full of hunger and adrenaline but with no food that would meet the requirements of my palette at home (my bland chickpea pesto pasta). In a mighty battle against my inner child that whispered the sweet sweet seductions of multibillion-dollar corporate restaurants (McDonald’s), I swerved towards the forbidden fruit. Just as I was about to make a turn into the golden arches, I see in the distance a bright, neon, purple light. I thought I must be hallucinating, and yet I switched gears. There it was, 10x greater than its former glory, Taco Bell and its sweet sweet Chalupas have returned to hershey.
