Wow. They just opened and it's already bad. Just got a couple bean burritos and there was almost no beans, more tortilla than beans. I don't understand how this location can't get it right, it's taco bell, seriously how hard can it be.
Also was in the drive thru, no one else there, and dude wouldn't just give me a minute to figure out what I wanted. Definitely had a voice that said "I really don't want to work here" -- maybe fix the employee experience and the food will follow?

And there I was, leaving volleyball, full of hunger and adrenaline but with no food that would meet the requirements of my palette at home (my bland chickpea pesto pasta). In a mighty battle against my inner child that whispered the sweet sweet seductions of multibillion-dollar corporate restaurants (McDonald’s), I swerved towards the forbidden fruit. Just as I was about to make a turn into the golden arches, I see in the distance a bright, neon, purple light. I thought I must be hallucinating, and yet I switched gears. There it was, 10x greater than its former glory, Taco Bell and its sweet sweet Chalupas have returned to hershey.

EDIT 07/2024: Fortunately for us all, this location has been destroyed. Hopefully it’s replaced by a Chick Fil A. If you’re still wanting some tacos, the business across the street is celebrating the occasion with something Taco Bell is too greedy to have ever done: 6 supreme tacos for $6.
I haven’t been to Taco Bell in several years, and every time I’m dumb enough to go back, I get reminded why. This is the inside of the Crunchwrap Supreme in 2023. The couple pieces of meat you see is all that was provided. I wouldn’t even be as annoyed/insulted if they totally forgot and didn’t put ANY meat, because it almost certainly takes more effort to scoop up a spoonful all to then make sure to only put this much, rather than just none at all. The tacos themselves are hardly better; I would say they literally have a fifth of the meat they used to (or as the photos advertise) at best. This just goes to show what Taco Bell thinks of you and I as customers, and hopefully we finally learn

Takeout order after late evening meeting and didn’t want to spend time eating at restaurant and wanted something fast hot and tasted so that’s Taco Bell Using app of Tacobell found nearby unit from my LaQuinta hotel with 10 minutes drive. So ordered online exclusively for app users box with chalupa hard taco chips and drink with substitutions of beef to Beans being vegetarian. Fast pickup at window due to auto payment made when finished ordering..
Vegetarian options: One can substitute Beef with beans for many items using Taco Bell App also have rice and beans chips fries for vegetarians

i gave this location so many chances cause i love taco bell but almost everytime im disappointed. disproportionate ingredients throughout my burrito, dry tortilla, and half of my burrito consists of tortilla. employees need a better attitude and training cause ???

1st time eating here; 3:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon. Employees did not great us or even acknowledge our presence; we stood there waiting for someone to take our order. Ended up using the self service kiosk. The store was incredibly warm except for the hallway to the restroom .Ladies restroom was out of toilet paper and dirty. Dining area had only one somewhat clean table and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Food was okay and typical for Taco Bell. I recommend going to the Sheetz across the street.

I ordered the chicken nachos BellGrande and was disappointed to find that there was very little to no chicken in it. Instead, it was mostly tortillas and sour cream, despite the high price of 7.59.
