Went for our Anniversary dinner this evening, the new GM was so kind and welcoming, our server was attentive and friendly! We both got the 8oz filet mignon which came with two sides, it was like cutting butter it was so tender! Definitely the best steak I’ve ever had!!! We got our dessert “Dave’s Cake” which is our fav chocolate cake with peanut butter icing and it came topped with Reese’s pieces….again YUM 🤤 DEFINITELY 💯 a wonderful experience!!!

First visit was a company dinner. Food was amazing. I had the crab cakes which were full of crab meat no filling. The maple carrots were the stand out veg and parmesan orzo slammed. Drinks were great. Apps were as well. Atmosphere chill. I can see myself making a second visit in the near future🫡

This is a really cool remake at an historic hotel. We love to visit local restaurants while traveling so this was nice. I would say on the food, the steaks were so tender, flavorful, but over cooked. But, even over cooked, they stayed tender. I love that they source locally. Our server was so friendly and accommodating. The handicap entrance could be labeled better. We watched an elderly lady almost fall going out the front door losing her walker down the couple steps. The website and actual menus don't match so expect just a few differences. All in all, we enjoyed our dining experience.

Came through here with family after Hershey Park. Several family members have severe gluten and dairy allergies but The 1762 was very accommodating. The owner came to introduce himself and told us his story about celiac and why he opened the restaurant! The staff were very friendly and helpful, kept our waters full. The food was exceptional. I had the crab cake sandwich and it was excellent. Probably the best crab cake I’ve had. The 62 burger, fish & chips, fries, and burgers were also delicious. I don’t live in Pennsylvania but will be coming back here next time I visit.

What an under the radar place. 8-9 minutes away from downtown Hershey. We couldn’t get into a couple local Hershey restaurants, so we took a risk and tried 1762, and weren’t disappointed. Our kids loved it so much, we came back the next night for dinner. Atmosphere is great, kid friendly and food didn’t disappoint. What a great spot. Thanks for having us!

This was my first time at the 1762! I ordered the house moscato and one of the dinner specials, black and blue surf n turf. It was delicious!!
The service we received was great! Maria was very attentive and friendly. The owner had come over to our table a few times as well to see how our meal was.
My friends and I were all pleased with our meals. I will be back again soon.

We loved this place! We were in town for a trip to Hershey and ate on a Monday night. We had no wait! We started with the pork belly which was tender and delicious. My husband ordered the Wagyu Cheesesteak with mashed potatoes, I ordered the Crab Cake sandwich with fries and our five-year-old had the pasta and cheese sauce (macaroni and cheese). Everything was delicious and the hospitality was top notch! The crab cake had very little filler with huge chunks of lump crab meat and honestly the macaroni and cheese was my favorite. Our daughter usually doesn't eat anything that isn't Kraft and she almost finished this bowl! Our waiter treated our daughter like she was in charge asking her what he could get us and if she needed a box which she loved. The owner came over and talked to us and made sure we were enjoying everything. It was an all around great experience and we look forward to coming back next time we're in town!
