My husband and I dined at 1762 last evening. It was wonderful! We always loved The Wick, but this is quite a transformation. The cocktails, smoked chicken wings and entrees were excellent. And it has real gluten free items for those with celiac, with a separate fryer to avoid cross-contamination.

My daughter and I have dined here four times in the last year with 5 star treatment each time! As you enter you are immediately welcomed and are greeted by the owner, and staff. We have been made to feel welcome and the atmosphere is delightful under this ownership. The chef or owner have shared recommendations, offered a taste of a new cocktail and dessert on the house too! As for the food, everything I have ordered from small plates to main courses have been delicious and perfectly paired with ingredients that compliment each other. Last week we decided to split several items and the wait staff were encouraging and curious to what we thought of our choices! Excellent customer service, wonderful food, top notch treatment, and for these reasons I will continue to dine at 1762 for special occasions!

Kylie and Dave have elevated this place! The food is all local, organic,and made from scratch. The menu items were so well thought out to bring levels of flavor and texture to each dish. Try them on a Monday for Wing Night. I'm not a wing eater, but the brined and smoked wings changed my mind... and the blue cheese dressing was ah-mazing! Very highly recommend trying them out. Good local people bring good food to our community.
P.s. I know the owner's name because he came out and greeted us with a handshake and welcomed us. After dinner, he checked in to see that everything was good. We ended up having a discussion about ketchup, which was an insult to the fries. Best tasting fried I've had...no joke!
