Manager here was extremely mean. Door dashing to try and pay my cancer bills and he told me “I didn’t know proper drive thru etiquette” and would not give me order unless I pulled around and spoke in the speaker. Be very careful when going here wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in your food. Manager hates cancer patients he was wearing a beanie and was so unprofessional. Good thing I am not him and have a life!

730 pm last Saturday doors were locked to the dining room. Drive through clerk seemed high. I got a bacterial infection from the food. Disgusting. Fast food could be good if employees gave a shit about their job and the quality and freshness of the food they serve. You're still being paid do it correctly or move on.

I frequent this Wendy’s about once a week-every 2 weeks. Usually no issues with the service & food is consistent & what I expect. However, last night I went around 10pm - mind you they are open until 1am. I ordered a frosty, pretzel baconator & spicy nuggets via the app. Food was good, no complaints there. However I could tell the worker was seemingly pissed at my order. Attitude, short, really just unpleasant. She had me pull up to the stop sign to wait about 5 minutes despite no other vehicle coming after me; seemingly to prove a point with my annoying order. If there are items they don’t want to make past certain hours or concern for drive times at 10pm, they should be removed from menu ordering rather than getting rude with customers. She had 2-3 hours left before close & no other customers through the duration of me being there. I’m tired of cranky old people. I am sorry you have to work at that age, truly, but perhaps find a position away from customers if you are that miserable. I don’t even care if you’re nice; just not plainly rude would be preferred. Will likely just go to McDonald’s next door; never any issues with service there & much quicker despite being busier.

It was so dirty. The floors we so greasy you slid around. It was also sticky in some areas. Trash cans were gross, fountain drink dispenser and surrounding area was dirty and smelled bad. The Ketchup tasted weird - guessing because it was dirty like the rest of the dining area. The employees there clearly don't care.
Not happ with no ketchup in the dining area. If I wanted to open a bunch of ketchup packets, I would have ordered to go. I'm not happy with just a bunch of teens hanging around being loud and not eating. Wont be back. 8:30 pm Thursday.
