Horrible place to get food , rushed me thru drive- thru took the time to question me about what sauce I wanted and then stiffed me on the nuggets. We called in after we returned home and found out we didn’t get the nuggets and “Lacey” said we can stop in anytime for a free meal. We stopped in this evening and they said “Lacey “ said NO. Not a pleasant experience. Don’t waste your time at this restaurant. Typical WORTHLESS service , service sucks since Covid.

I know this is a fast food and no one can expect 5 star food or service but for sure this Wendy’s needs a “do better” First, the drive up window is always scuzzy. They need to keep their window glass clean and clean up the mental frame that is usually greasy looking. Second, their coffee is good but at least 70% or more of the time lukewarm or cold. This is a simple fix. Attach a magnetic timer to the brewed pot and set it for 15 min and after 15 min automatically dump it and make a new pot and have it ready Third, their staff are friendly and pleasant but Wendy’s needs an employee policy of no facial jewelry and wear a company vest or shirt. . Lip rings, nose rings and eyebrow rings are not a great greeting for customers. Many companies have policies to cover employee dress and appearance. The haphazard disheveled look does not benefit the company

Was here last night. We purchased 3 of the 4 for $4 through the drive through. The girl at the window was crying. I asked if she was ok and she said it was her boyfriend and cried the entire time we were there. The nuggets were old and tasted horrible and our drinks were over two inches from the top of the cup. I have never had an issue with my.dood here but was really disappointed last night
Update, tried again three days ago. So disgusted. Bathrooms were gross. Food was all cold. All three meals. And we purchased a small and two large chilis. The burger in the chili was spoiled. It was disgusting. Will not be returning to this location.

I’ll give this crew 5 stars. They were hustling to get orders out and it was midnight. The food was great just as it always is. Sometimes I get a frosty. The chocolate one. Those are pretty darn good.
Things have changed portions were smaller my double was the same size as single I order the advertised picture was better than what I got their chili was soupy but the service was okay

This place needs cleaned up. Floors feel like they were mopped with grease. Always slow service. Half the time we go they don't have chili or baked potatoes ready. It's like they forget lunch is coming everyday. Haven't been there in a while but stopped back today and it's as bad as ever.
