Shout out to Avery and Cam top tier service!!! Ordered online and their system wasn’t working so our order wasn’t ready the team was so accommodating to figure out the issue make our orders and provide extra food for the convenience. They rushed our orders and we waited no more than 10 minutes!

Went in to get dinner before the bears game stood at the register for 10 minutes while the employees just looked at me, would of been a nice place if I wanted people to stare at me and not say anything but I was there for food, completely useless

So I placed my order on DoorDash, and I was actually really scared when I went to go to Google maps and saw a two star review. While waiting for my order to finish, I read through most of the reviews which made me only more worried. They must’ve hired new staff or something because by the time I got there, my food was ready, which was only took about 15 to 20 minutes. I was greeted very nicely by the lady working there and was promptly given my order. Everything was in the bag and everything was hot. I haven’t had Wingstop in about a year, so I’m very content.

first of all wasn’t welcomed of acknowledged at all when initially came in. the employees were having a conversation yelling from the back of shop to the front. i only ordered cheese fries. nothing else. i ordered ahead so i wouldn’t have to wait for food on my lunch break. i came 5 mins after the original pick up time and still had to wait 10 minutes for pre ordered CHEESE FRIES. 0/5

I visited Wingstop on October 21st around 11:30 PM, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. When I walked in, the employee told me the register was closed and that I had to order online — even though the store doesn’t close until 12 AM. That makes no sense. I came in person specifically to avoid paying more online and to use my in-store discount.

After I placed my order online, the same employee made a rude comment saying, “I guess I won’t be leaving here on time.” That kind of attitude is completely unprofessional. If you don’t want to do your job, maybe find another one.

To top it off, the food was rushed and tasted terrible — definitely not up to Wingstop’s usual standards. Between the poor service and the disappointing food, I won’t be returning to this location.

I had horrible customer service. Was told I was going to receive a refund and over a week later still have yet to get it. Just get the run around and different answers everytime you call. Terrible.

I believe I spent almost $50 here and let me say I was very disappointed first of all my order wasn't ready it took forever. Now I understand they were busy but 35 to 40 minutes is ridiculous I ordered online. Now let's get to the wings and the fries. The fries were like warm while wings were hot. Now let's break down the wings never in my life have I spent $50 for food and received and such poor quality. The flavor was good no problem but the size of the wings was pitiful. I'm going to have to say that this looks nothing like the picture you show on your website for your wings! I am posting the picture of the wings because it's ridiculous to charge somebody that much for wings they look like this! I tried it I'm over it never coming back! Good luck! I really wanted to like this place but pictures don't lie😳 Change the name to Wait Stop js

Food was fantastic, fresh, and full of flavor. Their ranch is elite. Good deal for my tenders combo, a great tasting cheat meal. Staff was nice. A few minutes behind on my pickup time but they were hustling with a lot of orders.

Team not always friendly. Very poor business etiquette to allow employees to hang right outside the door and be vaping so you have to walk thru that to enter! Im sure there are things to do inside for clean up etc instead of hanging outside!

Alit of negative reviews. Not sure where management is but someone better step up or out!!
