I don't get all the negative reviews this location gets. Consistently great food at a great price. Staff is super-friendly as well. It's my son's new favorite place to eat in Hershey.

I have been going here since they have opened service has been great food has been great. There's been a few times there was a couple little errors, but they always corrected it

Shout out to Avery and Cam top tier service!!! Ordered online and their system wasn’t working so our order wasn’t ready the team was so accommodating to figure out the issue make our orders and provide extra food for the convenience. They rushed our orders and we waited no more than 10 minutes!

Got a 15pc meal for 2 with fries and ranch dipping sauce. Took it home and it’s missing fries and ranch.
Went in to get dinner before the bears game stood at the register for 10 minutes while the employees just looked at me, would of been a nice place if I wanted people to stare at me and not say anything but I was there for food, completely useless

So I placed my order on DoorDash, and I was actually really scared when I went to go to Google maps and saw a two star review. While waiting for my order to finish, I read through most of the reviews which made me only more worried. They must’ve hired new staff or something because by the time I got there, my food was ready, which was only took about 15 to 20 minutes. I was greeted very nicely by the lady working there and was promptly given my order. Everything was in the bag and everything was hot. I haven’t had Wingstop in about a year, so I’m very content.

first of all wasn’t welcomed of acknowledged at all when initially came in. the employees were having a conversation yelling from the back of shop to the front. i only ordered cheese fries. nothing else. i ordered ahead so i wouldn’t have to wait for food on my lunch break. i came 5 mins after the original pick up time and still had to wait 10 minutes for pre ordered CHEESE FRIES. 0/5

I visited Wingstop on October 21st around 11:30 PM, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. When I walked in, the employee told me the register was closed and that I had to order online — even though the store doesn’t close until 12 AM. That makes no sense. I came in person specifically to avoid paying more online and to use my in-store discount.
After I placed my order online, the same employee made a rude comment saying, “I guess I won’t be leaving here on time.” That kind of attitude is completely unprofessional. If you don’t want to do your job, maybe find another one.
To top it off, the food was rushed and tasted terrible — definitely not up to Wingstop’s usual standards. Between the poor service and the disappointing food, I won’t be returning to this location.
I had horrible customer service. Was told I was going to receive a refund and over a week later still have yet to get it. Just get the run around and different answers everytime you call. Terrible.
