I called to make an order, Zac answered the phone and was very personable with me as I needed assistance w pricing etc. Our food was very good, ready on time, and our service was outstanding!

Stopped for a quick bite for lunch. The guys here were great and orders were made quickly and precisely.
The front door is located up some steps to the 2nd level, but there is additional parking in the rear with a wheelchair ramp and rear deck with outside seating.
We ate at a booth inside.
Workers and fellow patrons were friendly and our order was brought to our table fast. Restrooms are available as well as take-out. Nice little place to stop (especially with not many other choices nearby).

Wish I could've left negative stars. I ordered online and it took the payment out and when I went to pick it up 40 min later they tell me there is no order in the system for me due to rain, there wasn't even a storm and I'll be refunded at the end of the night. I had my 5yr old with me hungry and ready for pizza. I work in the service industry and I know when things like this happen they could've simply asked what I ordered apologized for the inconvenience and made it up for me real quick. Instead she just told me I'll be refunded and it's out of their hands. It's the storms fault. I was in complete disgust. Not with the inconvenience of their online system so much which is horrible, if you ask, but because you lack good customer service. Basically you don't care about making your customers feel important enough, to go out of your way to do anything to fix it and make them happy. Trust me I have been in service industry for 10+ years. Customers are always your #1 priority. We are your business. We pay for the food so your business stays up and running. It's okay though. I'll find a fox's pizza that cares about the inconvenience of their customers. & Will go out of their way to make sure they're always happy with the service they're given. Because this one doesn't. Their system is down but not down enough to take the money out of your account. What a joke. I never go out of my way to leave a negative review on any business. But I felt the need to let people know if this is them and you have dealt with this then I'm sorry. There is always a way to make it right.

Ordered pepperoni pizza and was sent just a cheese pizza. Didn’t have the drink we wanted but not too upset with the alternative. Just sucks having to wait that long again (45 mins-1 hour) for the right pizza to be delivered…

Staff was very friendly and placed an order for pick up and when I got there wanted to add wings on. When I realized they were about to close I suggested they not worry about it because I didn't want to hold them up and the staff assured me it was no problem and seemed eager to still make them.

The food was terrible. Got a steak salad barley any steak an found a hair in it!!. Also got steak hogie and again barley any meat on it also all bun. Called them at 8:35 an they hit the FU button . Never again an we always got from their. NO MORE.

Website says 45 minutes for delivery and its been over two hours. I called the location and they said he left over an hour and half late with five more orders before mine. I am glad I tipped in advance for poor service.

Ordered a pizza and a soda for delivery. Ask for a tip before delivery so I gave a 20% tip. I ordered a medium Pizza in a Diet Pepsi Pizza came cold and they did not bring the Diet Pepsi. They also can't follow instructions because I asked them to call me gave him my phone number asked him to call me when it was on the way I was waiting in the lobby never saw the guy walk by he went up to my room even though the desk people told him I was right there. As far as the pizza goes it was the second worst pizza I've ever had in my life and I have a lot of pizza all over the country. $25 for a medium Pizza. Don't waste your time your money or your effort
