The food was tasty but I had the southern fried chicken. I got one breast not big as usual but 2 wings and a piece I think it was the chickens butt no meat on it what so ever just breading. I was disappointed to say the least. The wife had the chicken and dumplings she said that it was good.I think that there was a misunderstanding I was very unsatisfied with my meal. The fried chicken was minimal at best.
I ordered a hot & ready meal for Easter . Cracker Barrel never disappoints. Meal was ready right on time & had plenty of piping hot food for my family. Cracker Barrel has become my go to for Thanksgiving & now Easter.

My absolutely favorite place to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The service is impeccable and friendly. The food is reliable. If I had to name one weakness, it is their scrambled eggs. If you insist on fluffy scrambled eggs, don't order them here. Otherwise, pig out and enjoy. The atmosphere is fun and the shopping is amazing. Who knew you could build an entire beautiful wardrobe at a restaurant? - .
