“We cannot say enough wonderful things about Bella Terra Vineyards! From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding — and it exceeded every expectation. The setting is stunning, with the perfect balance of indoor-outdoor charm, surrounded by nature yet beautifully curated for a celebration. It felt so natural and effortless for our guests to move between spaces, and every corner of the property felt inviting and thoughtfully set up. A special thank you to Amanda, our incredible wedding coordinator. She was truly a dream to work with — kind, responsive, organized, and always a step ahead. She made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable, which is something every couple hopes for when planning a wedding. From the earliest planning stages to the very last moment of our big day, Amanda was calm, helpful, and completely on top of everything. We’re so grateful for her! And of course, a huge shoutout to Jacque, the amazing owner of Bella Terra. She was warm, welcoming, and so clearly passionate about making every wedding unforgettable. Her kindness and energy set the tone from day one, and you can feel how much love and care she’s poured into the venue. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue — how beautiful it was, how well it was set up, and how smoothly everything flowed. Bella Terra gave us the wedding of our dreams, and we will forever be thankful for the memories made there. Highly, highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a magical, elegant, and down-to-earth place to get married!“

Greenhouse Winery-North Huntingdon Winery • $$
Jacktown Plaza, 10650 US-30, North Huntingdon - 9.99 miles

“We held a baby shower here and although I will say the winery was beautiful and Bella (for the most part) was quite responsive, my only complaint is about the mimosa bar...The 6 bottle minimum and the mimosa bar itself was definitely not clearly explained or broken down on the invoice and I found it interesting that as everyone was leaving they refilled all the mimosa pitchers...knowing good and well that no one else would be finishing them... The water they couldn't charge for mysteriously was left empty though... Overall, it was a beautiful shower and everyone had a good time.“

Winslow Winery Winery •

“Winslow Winery is a lovely family-owned winery. All the wines we tasted were great. My husband loved the sparkling Gewürztraminer while I loved the Viognier. The owners are very friendly and gave us a tour of their production floor even. The bottles were reasonably priced. We are looking forward to drinking the two we brought home!“

“Before anyone reads all the prior comments and choses not to come here, read CURRENT reviews and mine.
Some prior bad reviews might have been because of not so great staff which probadly aren't there anymore. I was there on a slow day. We never felt like we were a bother or interrupting.

My friend and I visited here on a Tuesday, looking for someplace different for our monthly lunches. It did not disappoint !
We were graciously greeted at The Cabin by a very personable woman. She answered all questions we had about food choices and also asked if my friend had nut allergies because her pasta salad had pesto on it containing nuts. She explained which buildings had the wine, desserts and the farm store with bakery. We were headed over to get wine, so she said she'd hold off on preparing our meals to give us a chance to taste and shop.
At the Greendance wine store we were greeted by Linda, the moment we opened the door. She directed us to the tasting area, explained the types of wines, offered 3 samples and was spot on in what we where looking for. We left with 2 take home bottles and one she opened for our lunch. We walked outside, chose a table and just then our food was ready.
Large portions of good food !!
The chicken salad croissant sandwich was a tasty, the side of potato salad was very similar to what I make, so good, too.

Time for dessert even though we were stuffed. I chose cheesecake topped with raspberries and whipped cream and my friend picked blackberry pie and coffee.
Again, the counter person was very nice. The coffee was going to take a moment. She told us to go sit and she brought it to to our table when it was ready.
We were able to just relax and talk in the shade of the tree covered patio. So cute.
It started to rain, so we never made it to the farm store and bakery, but now we have a treat for when we return again.
In the 3 hours since I've been home, I've already recommended this place to 5 people.
Take a drive, have some wine, a bite to eat and dessert. You should not be disappointed. We weren't !🍷“
