The food was fast fresh and tasted great… Lisa helped us and because of her customer service I’m now a regular!
service is very slow but only because there's only it would appear, two servers for the restaurant. our server was very good but was running around like crazy. I totally enjoyed the chicken bruschetta, my son enjoyed the pasta and meatballs, and my husband enjoyed the spicy meatball dish. it was like a pizza but not. I had a mixed drink that definitely seems like it had a whisper of alcohol but when asked to have alcohol placed in it it was done automatically with no problem....read full review
Never had Bertuccis before. Had a coupon for 15 off 30 thought why not? Called in and ordered a family deal for $40. I mentioned my 15 off coupon. She said they can do it in the store. I was then told it would be ready in 15 minutes so we left a few minutes beyond that 15 minutes just to give it extra time.
