I’m actually pretty pissed right now. I came to sit alone here on a Friday night. Which yes I understand is a busy night for any bar. However every customer needs to be treated with respect and hospitality. Sadly I was not. After a long day of work I stopped here on a whim due to the good reviews and photos online. Unfortunately they did not live up to their standards what so ever. I waited 30 minutes for a drink, then when she finally took my food order I waited another 35 mins to even get it. All I ordered was Teryaki wings and pub pretzels. I got garlic parm wings and by the time the waiter came back to check on me the kitchen had closed. She didn’t try to even see if they would due to it not being my fault. The pretzels were delicious and the waitress did take off the wings which I was happy about because I am the type to just pay and leave. Despite not eating them. I’m writing this so the establishment is aware they might need more servers Friday nights. I only ended up tipping $10 on a barely $30 bill when I would have gladly tipped $20+ and ordered another drink if I had my wings. I literally have to get food after this now 11pm Friday night with not many options. Each and every customer should leave happy whether it’s 1 person or a group of 10.

Avoid at all costs. Mediocre atmosphere. The audacity to have a $20 cover charge to get into an empty place? Overpriced food & drinks. 7% up charge on credit cards. Totally a scam. No wonder this place is empty.

after we got our appetizer our waitress just stopped coming to our table - 30-40 minutes later she was finally near our table and we had to go up to her and ask for the check. also it wasn’t busy at all there was 1 other table so it’s not like she was overwhelmed. She was helping the other table though. went somewhere else for food afterwards. not a great experience :-(

Armed scecutriy in that area is a red flag 1. 2. New to the area and invited my friends up to try out a 90s night, wont do this again. Bartenders did not alert me that the specials were over and security kicked me out while my girl was in the bathroom at the end of the night. Needless to say i will not be ever going to an establishment that treats paying customers in this manner. Rude, disrespectful and embarrassing. Local bars much better experience.

Here now and I feel like I am on a personal time out. There is one waitress and one bartender and a host. The entire 3 people working today look very frazzled and quite frankly we all feel bad and NEGLECTED.

Management KNEW it was busy when we arrived at 4 there was a sign saying every table was reserved.
A staff of 3 clearly cannot handle a wildcard eagles Sunday and it is a shame. Atmosphere is nice but not worth watching every table stand up and wave their hands to get Some Kind of service. Very dissatisfied

Would not recommend any one come on an Eagles Sunday, check out another sports bar honestly for your sanity

Management at this location needs to prepare for potential of call outs and not put that on the patronage of your business. Cannot recommend this location

Horrible. Expectations were high reading previous reviews. However we waited over 40 minutes to even get initially acknowledged. After placing our first order it took an hour for our food to come & our drinks never came. We had to continuously flag down the host just to get our drinks 15 minutes after pur food finally arriving. Needless to say we were disappointed because. Not worth the effort. Better to stay at home & watch.

Regardless of the Establishment's response, my review stands. If I could give a half a star I would

The only person who came to help my table was the boy hosting. I came to meet with friends and tried to speak with the assigned server once and she told me one minute and than never came back even though I saw her attending other tables. I than went to the crowded bar and when getting my drinks from their the bartender was visibley annoyed and rolled her eyes at me as I ordered. The booth was nice and the tv was big and I appreciate the boy hosting for helping us. But horrible staffing on the managements call and horrible attitude and work ethic from our server.

I want to warn anyone in the Northeast against going here because rest assured, they will try to scam you.
My boyfriend and I came here for a quick bite and ordered wings, fries, tacos, and 3 drinks. All together the total for our food and drinks was supposed to be $85. When we got the check we were surprised to see that the total was $105. We didn't notice the discrepancy until after we had left, so on top of the $105 check my boyfriend tipped $20.

After we left we double checked and realized something wasn't adding up, and when we called the restaurant we were told that our waitress decided to GIVE HERSELF a nearly 25% automatic tip on our bill (without telling us mind you!). When we came back to the restaurant the manager tried to justify the automatic tip by saying that the business automatically adds tips because "most of the clientele is Eastern European and Eastern Europeans don't tip." That is such an insane thing to say to customers--it's bordering on discrimination to be honest. He also tried to say that the menu mentioned automatic tipping (spoiler alert: it doesn't!). Basically do not go here unless you want to be scammed!!!

They don't open until 1 for Eagles games. Should open earlier.

I walked into an entirely empty restaurant, save for two people at the bar. The bartender told me I could sit anywhere as the place was completely empty. I chose a booth. The waiter approaches and says, “If it starts to get really busy, we may have to move you,” referring to my choice of the booth. Really? At dinner hour, with an expansive row of oversized, empty booths, this is their version of hospitality?

Frankly, I should have responded, “Why don’t I leave now and save you the trouble?” and walked out. But no, I stayed. I was already invested in the idea of dining here, despite being greeted like an inconvenience.

For the price of the food, 20$ for a burger, could I not have been given a proper menu? Instead, it was a cheaply printed, stained piece of paper that looked like it was fresh off the rack at Staples. (No shade to Staples—they’re great for business cards. In fact, if you have the means, go spend your money there. Just don’t bother here.)

When I finished my meal, I had the chicken quesadilla, the waiter took away my plate, but then... vanished. I had to go hunt him down, like service was some elusive luxury I hadn’t prepaid for.

What makes it worse is that I had genuinely been looking forward to dining here. It’s a shame to see potential squandered so effortlessly.

Definitely not my idea of a worthwhile experience.

$35 cover plus 20% service charge before gratuity and $30 martini for a mediocre at best drink?! No thanks ! First and last visit all in one!

The big tv’s are awkward to watch from any place in the bar. The food is not good and overpriced. The service is horrible and rude. You’d think with this low of a rating that I’d have one specific situation that I’m not pleased with but it’s just the overall experience. One night I went and the bouncers were just on a power trip making arbitrary demands. Inside on multiple occasions I’ve had rude and terrible bartenders. I’ve only been here on multiple occasions because it’s convenient but wow what a horribly designed place and nothing good about it.

Edit: now the business owner is lying. I was never asked to leave once. They either have the wrong person or they’re just blatantly lying. I wasn’t even here in over a month and had one beer last time I was here 😂😂😂
