Worst Gyro ever from this Arbys. 2.5 slices of lamb/beef, no lettuce, bits of tomato , definitely onions. I gave this place 5/5 awhile back. Something has changed and not for the good. Disappointed!

To charge me an extra $1 for four dribbles of cheddar. BE SO FR, this cup isn’t even half full. I’m almost certain there was more cheddar on my roast beef sandwich than in that cup. I would not have paid an extra dollar just to cover the tips of maybe 3 crinkle cut fries. I would have asked for more if the other half of our order wasn’t already MESSED UP, then was argued that we asked for the wrong items in our order.

It’s hard to rate fast food restaurants, they are what they are but this was a really good Arby’s! The girl was super nice, the food was good (and hot). The curly fries and mozzarella sticks were fresh out of the fryer and everything was right with our order!
Sandwich was a cheap impression of WHY I DONT LIKE FAST FOOD!

Ordered online and went through the drive thru at 930 pm to pick it up. Was told they were out of roast beef, the large curly fry was a small if that. The fries were also very hard. Did not give the berry sauce with the jalapeno poppers. Very disappointed in the food and service.

I ordered the quarter pounder meal and they forgot my fries. I called them 5 times and all 5 times no answer

Ordered a plain burger nothing on it and a strawberry lemonade, all but $10. Got my food and drink, small drink was all ice and about 3 sips of lemonade. Won't see me back smh
