Very disappointing customer service, rude employee at drive through window who asked my daughter to tip him and refused to put the condiments on my whopper because I asked for no bun, despite me specifically asking both the order taker (who confirmed they could) and him several times. He then refused to explain why he wouldn’t except to repeatedly state that it was “their policy”. Unbelievable!

Ordered meals, the drinks are small compared to their rival. It doesn't appear to get many French fries either. The original chicken sandwich is really salty with three small pieces of lettuce. I don't eat fast food very often but when I do, I will go to the competition instead of Burger King.
