Love a local coffee shop that has creative, seasonal drinks and great service! We ordered a seasonal coffee, a lotus drink, and an everything bagel- all were great! There was a drive thru and a walk up window both seemed to have fast and very friendly service. Definitely recommend!

It's great. I only give it a 4 star because Chow Corral, right off 22 is cheaper and just as good if not better. Downtown joe may seem cheap at first, but by the time you add everything it's like 9$. C.C. is only ever like 6$ with everything added.

Got a cappuccino and it was just warm milk. They specialize in sugar cold/frozen drinks with a hint of coffee. If you just want coffee or an actual coffee drink go elsewhere. Otherwise nice place.

I ordered an iced mocha latte and their newest scone, a peach cobbler. The mocha was very tasty! Lots of chocolate and very cold. The scone was delicious! Crumbly and sweet. No inside seating but three tables outside. Not a place to sit and chat. Has a convenient drive through. It’s a reformed drive through bank. Looks like it might be run by College students. They were very efficient!
I was really looking forward to a quick, healthy breakfast of avacado toast and acai bowl with fresh fruit and granola. It was helpful to me as a new customer that there was a new employee taking my order. The order entry system is very thorough (1 suggestion later), so I was asked all the questions that were options in the system. This did take a moment, but it was well worth the time to know what choices are available. One suggestion would be to not only ask about pepper flakes on the avacado toast, which is important to some people, but also ask about the bacon, which was important to me as a vegetarian. The second serving of avacado toast, now without bacon, was really good and a good deal at less than $3. The sad part about the beautiful acai bowl was that it was frozen solid. I had a limited amount of time to eat breakfast and the acai berry remained too hard for the plastic spoon until my time ran out. The mango pieces were frozen, but small, thus available to scoop up. The rest of the fruit was fresh and delicious. Please consider blending the frozen acai berries before serving! There was a steady stream of customers but not a long line nor a long wait. Despite my less than perfect experience, I would recommend Downtown Joe to others.
Vegetarian options: When choosing avacado toast, ask about whether bacon should be omitted.
