A server from the salad bar section was a little on the rude side. Every time she saw me she turned and went back into the prep area. I was going to speak twice but the air was a little on the cold side. Her name is Bethany.

Just not what it was. The salad bar was just ok. The bread pudding they were famous for is a joke. It used to set on a steam table, fresh , moist and dripping goodness. Now a 6x8 pan set under a heat lamp. So dry it is not edible. No glaze on it. It had a pan of syrup beside it that was so dry and thick it would not pour off the spoon, you had to wipe it off. The lettuce was a big bowl of iceberg with a tiny bowl of wilted and soggy greens. No spinach. The other items seemed ok but no ham or other meat except artificial bacon bits. The soups were good but a few needed fresh soup added. They were just broth. Only 2 people of our 9 got a steak , they were a satisfied. My wife had crab cake it was good

Very pleasant 👍 Becky is the best server. She is kind, thoughtful and very considerate. She seems to know what you need before you ask her. Super sweet young lady.

The food wasn't bad but our order wasn't exactly what we ordered. Took a long time to get our drinks and be served. Apparently big parties took precedence over all else. Server was ok and friendly, but food was actually served by the hostess who was a little cocky and unfriendly like she didn't want to be there. Never had this bad of an experience before and hope this is a one off and will try again in the future.

Always a good meal at this Hoss s.

I am a DoorDasher and Hoss’ don’t seem to be able to handle both eat-ins and take-outs. I have waited to pickup order 20 minutes twice and the last one was 37 minutes. This costs Dashers money as well as the customers an unreasonable wait.
My suggestion is to not order take out.
