Okay the other reviews are kind of harsh. Like look this is pizza hut. If you are expecting a Michelin Star I’m sorry this is Pizza Hut. I do have to give this location some props. On a long roadtrip I pulled over after placing a mobile order and this is one of the old fashioned pizza huts from the 2000s. Salad bar, in door dining, booths, very roomy establishment, and much more. This style of fast food pizza will bring back memories. I suggest stopping to go down memory lane.

We didn’t get our pizza. I had lost my checkcard and cld write a check. We had researched on Pizza Hut web page to see if they take checks. After finding the answer of yes we proceeded to order $75 worth of food. We waited the 20 minutes to pick it up It was for 5 kids and 4 adults. . We went to pick up the order and they stated they don’t take checks. We went onto to show them the webpage stating different and they refused to look at. So needless to say I had 5 hungry kids on my hands upset cause they were expecting pizza and they were hungry. I had to come up with alternative which took time to cook The kids had to eat an extremely late dinner. I can’t believe that they are wasting 5 pizzas (2 speciality ones) a big box 2 pizzas, wings and bread sticks). A cheese stuffed crust meat pizza and pineapple pizza. That is a shame. One would think they wld hv worked with us and stated in future this is our policy. Why waste the food.

Called in to place an order a little while back. I usually order on the app, but this night I just felt like placing it over the phone. I got into an argument with the woman on the phone because she claimed they don’t deliver to my area… I live less than 5 miles from the store.
She claimed shes been there for years and they’ve never delivered to McConnellstown (even though I've gotten delivery from here several times and can pull up those previous orders on my app for proof).
I then asked her if they deliver to the lake, and she says they do… really? You’ll drive through my town to deliver to the lake, but cant stop in mactown. What a joke!
She obviously just didn’t want to put in the work and fulfill the order for whatever reason.
Best part is, I then placed the exact same order on the app with the exact same address and they sent it right out. I made that order out of principal, but I refuse to order from this place going forward. Mactown Pizza and OIP deserve the business more anyways.

Nothing wrong with this location, locals are great. This one is for corporate Pizza Hut - FIX YOUR DAMN SITE. I use it to earn points, but the site is so SLOW and heaven forbid the site refresh itself while I'm trying to redeem my rewards, it locks down the points but doesn't apply the discount!!!! And of course you HAVE to order online to use the damn points. FIX IT. I'm so sick of every single establishment wanting to have an app or site but missing the mark so hard on execution. Screw you guys.

A few servers at this joint are great. Everyone seems to treat customers well. My complaints would be the food. That chicken cheesy alfredo bake is by far one of the nastiest plastic like fake horrible tasing dishes ive tasted from a restaraunt. Absolutely disgusting. Rubber noodles and cheap cheese with processed chicken. Never again and i would not recommend. My other would be the prices. Higher than real italian pizza shops for a cheap american version. That in all seriousness... sux.
