My husband and I were shocked to see the portion size of the food, and even more shocked when the bill was under $30 for the both of us!!! The menu is plentiful and the service was warm and attentive. We're already planning our next visit here.

Hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes was excellent per my husband. I had ham and cheese melt on I pretzil roll, packed full and delicious. But....the huge serving of fresh cut French fries was dark brown, overcooked and ruined. They should've never been served.

This is my first time here as we are passing through. We decided to stop at this diner for lunch since it was packed in the parking lot. This diner has the 1950’s feel inside and is pretty clean inside for being older. I decided to get the bacon cheeseburger with a pretzel bun. As for the burger it was delicious and it was not a frozen patty, but a homemade burger. My family member ordered the honey garlic chicken wings and they enjoyed it, but he wished it was not so sweet. As for my other family member they ordered the Mr. Reuben and that sandwhich is 3 layers! I mean you get a bang for your buck on that sandwich. They are not stingy on the meat I tell you that. Overall, I would definitely come back here! Great food and service!

Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly. After the meal there were small presents for the kids. (Homemade cookies), great.
We ate there yesterday there were flies everywhere. She never asked us if we wanted drink Refilled. Our friend got the Hush puppies. They were raw in the middle. And they charge $2 extra to use a debit card We were very disappointed I don't think we will be back

Restaurant - good. Cute place with great diner appeal.
Food - Good: 1 of 2 pancakes. So yummy. Eggs and hashbrowns - as expected.
Not so good: 2 of 2 pancakes - tasted like it had onions on the bottom (maybe was cooked where a burger had been without cleaning it off).
Bacon - inconsistent cook. A press would help.
Bad: creamed chipped beef (aka SOS). If you run out, don't slap uncooked gross stuff on a plate - just offer to make something else. Not an ounce of flavor. I didn't think gravy could be that white. Not even a speck of pepper or anything. You should never have to add salt to this dish.
