**EDIT**...at the bottom after 3rd visit.I hate to give a 1 star review... especially when we never got a chance to try the food! Four of us came in on Saturday around 1pm and the sign said "wait to be seated" so we waited for about 10 minutes and then sat ourselves at a table in site of the bartender. There was only about 4 other tables with people at them and maybe ½ dozen people sitting at the bar. No one came to our table even though the bartender made eye contact with us several times. She did eventually go to another table, not sure if she was taking their order or getting their check.... but she walked on by us without a word. After 20 minutes at the table we got up to leave and then she came over and said she was short handed & could take our order after she got a few drinks for people at the bar. Another girl was going to help her out... but she went out side for something so we decided to leave. We figured if it took that long to get service it would be a long wait for our meals. So we decided to give it another shot and came back Tuesday around 6:30 PM and walked in and the place was empty. We asked the bartender if we could sit anywhere and she said they were closing early... because they were slow! It's not that close for us to get to so it's a little disturbing that we made 2 attempts and never even got to try the food.... I hear the BBQ is very good. Kelly's and Hoss's got our business on those 2 failed attempts at Woody's.**EDIT**So the 4 of us came back to give it one more try on Thur afternoon. Ashlee was our waitress and she was fantastic... she gets an A+, her attitude and service was awesome. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The ladies both had Carolina pulled pork and margaritas and loved it all...wi was so good they both got a second meal to go!I had the trio of tacos, beef brisket, pulled pork, and mesquite chicken. 3 Huge tacos that were loaded and tasty... I think my favorite was the beef brisket taco.... the baked beans were killer too! My buddy had the ribs and said they were delicious...lots of meat on them and he couldn't finish it all so he had to take some home. We all had the coconut custard pie for desert and it too was very very good...huge slices that each couple shared. Did I mention our waitress Ashlee... She was phenomenal!I'm glad we gave it another try and we'll definitely be back next time we're in town.

So I met Ashley today the bartender was very pleased how clean the bar and restaurant is kept. She was very friendly and not one of those people that hovers around you when you eat. The ranch dressing is homemade and has great flavor. The wings are bigger than most restaurants with a smoked flavor and juicy! Definitely recommend a stop here for a mealKid-friendliness: Has high chairs available

This place is terrible since it’s been taken over the food is terrible came out in 3 mins you can tell it was thrown in the microwave and the worst thing I was served a salad with watered down ranch they are really overcharging and no quality honestly I will never come back or tell anyone too total waste of money and dinner! Then I get my bill and they over charged me for the already over priced lettuce with one slice of cucumber and one onion and two cherry tomato’s for 4$ that’s insane! The baked potato had to be days old tasted like it sat in someone’s basement!

Solid! Best barbecue I have had in a while! Flavors were on point, especially the brisket and smoked turkey....woooowwww...Who would have thought in Central Pennsylvania there would be REAL barbecue?!?! Enjoyed it thoroughly because barbecue where I live in Florida is a joke, at best.Couldn't fathom making room for dessert, but they have a case of made from scratch pies, banana pudding, and pistachio pudding that all looked incredible. Might have to stop by and grab one!Oh and the baked beans...don't skip them, some of the best I have ever had.

I had to drop a star after I got my two meat salad. The sliced pork still had the fat cap on it. Nothing can be less appetizing than a half inch of cold fat on the end of each piece of pork on a salad.
Ribs were good but my wife's pulled pork sandwich was terrible.

As a native Texan I am a little cautious about getting BBQ this far north and especially skeptical about anything pitched as Texas Brisket. For those not in the know smoked beef Brisket is among the most difficult of meats to prepare and generally takes someone at the pitmaster level to pull off at just a passable level. I can make decent Texas BBQ at home but I have yet to pull off a passable beef Brisket. Seeing this on the menu is a bold claim that most do not live up to. This was one of the few exceptions. The meat had an excellent bark, smoke ring, and flavor you can achieve only by using a real wood ?. I would safety say after living in Central Pennsylvania it is the best BBQ Brisket in a hour and a half radius. When I am in the area I will stop back in.
