I was very surprised when they were open inside of the mall that has almost nothing left inside. Every time that I go there, I never have an issue with the food nor the service. Would definitely recommend to others.

The food isn't the issue at this location, it is the staff. The female worker is rude not only to customers but also to fellow co workers. Multiple times she has refused service, stating they were closing early or she could be yelling and name calling fellow co workers. I Like auntie Anne's but its a coin toss as to if you'll get served or what new name she will scream at a co worker.

I came here to use my birthday pretzel reward from the app. I made a special trip. The mall doesn't close until 5, but not a soul was at Auntie Anne's in Indiana Mall on Sunday 06/23/2024 shortly after 4 pm. I am so disappointed over the last year and a half with Auntie Anne's. I'm shocked they're even still in business.

They discontinued my favorite pretzel nuggets. Sour cream and onion! How hard is it to make a sour cream and onion pretzel!

Website says they open at 11am but when we asked the worker when they opened she very rudely said 11:30am. Drove out here with our individuals, made it by 11 but ended up leaving due to worker’s attitude and incorrect time listed!

Honestly, the fact that they have an area to sit and eat means that this Auntie Anne's beats out any other one I've ever seen! Besides that, it is what it is. Delicious pretzels at moderately high prices. Bring a coupon if you can.
